Annual maintenance contract for day to day cleaning and maintenance of WBs (04 nos.) and check post under Tapin South OCP, Hazaribagh Area for 02 years

Upkeeping of Weighbridges by engadging one unskilled labour per day for each weighbridge including daily brooming and weekly mopping of floor in the control room, cleaning of glass panes/wooden panels of window/ door shutters, furniture, window grills etc of control room, cleaning of weighing platform, load cell, its support structure, approach to the platform, spillage coal from under the platform etc as per the direction of Engineer-in charge including the cost of all consumables like brooms, detergents, phenyle etc. (One Labour to be deployed as per convenience of the EIC)

Cleaning, mopping & washing of public buildings & other places neatly with detergent bleaching power etc. all complete with tools, Tackles and consumables to make the floor clean & hygeinic as per the instruction of the EIC

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and of required said and colour complete to give and even shade. Old work (one or more coats)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

6 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work
