Removing and refixing of Aluminium anodoised natural colour matt finish 1/3 rd fixed glass 2/3 rd prelaminated board aluminium partition, The rate includes labour charge of removing and refixing in the position of the aluminium partition with necessary aluminium clip of size 17.27x17.15x1.50mm and 0.176kg/m and with required rubber beading extra including necessary dismantling Holes in RCC coloumns, Masonry wherever necessary with power drills to the extent required and made good the damaged partition in good condition after fixing as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:6 (One Cement and six crushed stone sand) using best quality Fly ash bricks of size 23x11x7cm including curing etc.,complete complying with standard specification

Fabricating Supplying and fixing in position of Aluminium anodised natural colour matt finish 1/3rd fixed glazing 2/3rd prelaminated board of Aluminium partition. The outer frames Outer frame: 63.50x38x3mm@ 1.72 kg/m,Centre mullions: 63.50x38x3mm@ 1.55 kg/m,Alu. Clips: 17.27x17.15x1.50mm @ 0.175kg/mg/m for intermediate vertical mullion 90cm c/c. Horizontal mullion at 1.00m 2.10m covered with 5.5mm thick plain glass with neccessary aluminium clips of size 17.27x17.15 x1.50mm @ 0.176kg/m and with required rubber beading etc., including necessary dismantling holes in RCC column,masonry wherever in necessary with power drills to the extent required and made good the damaged portion in good condition after fixing as directed by the departmental officers. All the aluminium sections should be anodised not less than 15 microns as ISI specification1868/1962 / and should be gotapproved by Executive Engineer before use.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five P-Sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Hire charges for providing stored pressure ABC (Mono Ammonium Phospate) Powder Type Fire Extinguisher of 6 kg. capacity as per IS:15683 with pressure gauge, discharge hose & control nozzle, wall mounting bracket, safety clip etc., including conveyance, all incidental charges, neccessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found neccessary etc, complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. Make: EXCELLENT / SAFETY FIRST / EQUIVALENT. The fire extinguisher should be taken back by the contractor after the counting is over.

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Hire charges for providing weld mesh partition arrangements using weld mesh 7.5cm X 2.5cm. 10 gauge with outer farmes and MS angles of size 35X35X5mm for the outer frames stiffeners with 32X6mm MS flat is provided at 90cm intervals for counting hall partition & way partition etc including cost of nails, screws, binding wire and labour charges etc,and removing the same after the counting is over etc complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Hire charges for providing Wooden Dias arrangements of size 8.00 x 3.00 x 0.20m. The dias arrangements is made using CW vertical support of 0.10m x 0.10m and bottom & top alround horizontal support 0.10 x 0.075m. CW scantling. The top of dias is closed using best quality of MDF board 18mm thick using fevicol, nails, Screws, bolt nut etc. The rate including cost of all materials labour charges for fixing Conveyance charges etc and removing the same after counting is over etc complete and as directed by the Departmental Officers .

Supply of labours for rendering service for table and chairs arrangements in the counting centers and common areas including loading, unloading, shifting the furnitures from one place to another place and rearranging the tables and chairs as directed by the departmental officers. Hire charges for providing GI sheet partition verandah and other openings using 13CMX10CM casurina poles for vertical support and 5CMX8CM casurina poles for horizontal bracings including labour charges, nails, screws, loading, unloading charges, transportation and removing the same after the counting is over etc complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Hire charges for providing GI sheet covering for windows and ventilators openings with 3"X2" country wood frames etc .,The rate including labour charges, nails, screws, loading, unloading charges, transportation and removing after the counting is over etc complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Hire charges for providing steel barricading arrangements of 1.20m height using 40mmx40mm MS square pipes of 20cm centre to centre interval etc., at the places shown by the departmental officers.

Hire charges for materials , and cost of labour for providing barricading with casurina poles 10CM to 13CM dia for post of 2.40M above ground level fixing the post firmly with ground level digging the depth of 0.60M and 5CM to 8CM dia casurina poles horizontally at 30cm interval fixed firmly and removing the same after the counting is over etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Hire charges for materials and cost of labour for providing barricading with casurina poles 10CM to13CM dia for post of 2.40m above ground level and 5cm to 8cm dia casurina poles horizontally at 30cm interval fixed firmly and removing the same after the counting is over etc complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Hire charges for providing Counting Result Display Board with the following specification. The Display board made out of steel tube outer frames with suitable vertical and horizontal cross members using the same materials over that 12mm MDF board screwed with the frames. The Result writting flex should be the pre printed format and firmly pasted in the board. The pre printed format should be got approved from the Returning officer before supply. The size of the Display Board is 12'0" x 8'0".The rate including cost of all materials, labour charges,transportation charges and removing the board after the counting is over etc complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cleaning Light Jungle as directed by the departmental officers.

Hire charges for Providing watch tower arrangements of size 4.50m x 4.50m x 10.50m height. The watch tower made with vertical support using 13 cm x 15 cm dia casurina poles all vertical poles tied with cross, middle portion is using 10CM X 13 CM dia casurina poles from ground level to 7.50m height level using country wood plank platform is provided. The above platform is provided sloped pandal to prevent the rain and sunlight. The sloped pandal vertical support is using 10 cm x 13 cm dia casurina poles and sloped roof rafter, purlin is using 8 cm x 10cm dia casurina poles and top covered with G I sheet. The sloped pandal height is 3.00m from platform, The sloped pandal is two side slope arrangements. The rate including cost of all materials, labour charges, transportation charges and removing this arrangements after the counting is over ,etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Hire charges for providing GI sheet pandal including the cost of all materials labour charges conveyance charges and removing the same after counting is over etc.,complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Labour Charges for Removal of glass writing board & Refixing the same as directed by the departmental officers.

Hire charges for Providing Acralic Sign board arrangements for indication of direction, information, etc . The rate includes cost of materials, transportation, labour charges for fixing and removing the sign board after counting is over etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
