Removing of existing 600 x 600 MS ceiling grid sheet including frame work and staking the material as directed with all leads and lift etc complete

Supply and fixing of Clip-in GI Perforated and Plain Decorative Tile system with concealed Grid suspension with Clip-in GI decorative tile suspended ceiling clipped to Clip-in profile made from GI sheet suspension system. Panels shall be of Size 600mm x 600mm and 100mm x 600mm along with 100mm x 100mm tiles made out of GI sheet. (Tiles shall have perforations of 1.90mm diameter with 5mm c/c diagonal patterns giving 20.35 % of perforated area). All tiles shall be powder coated of shade RAL9010 and other approved colour shade on a continuous paint line. Panels should be powder coated on one side after degreasing of approved colour not less than 60 microns. Tile/Panels will be manufactured on advanced equipment, which includes several leveling and one stage manufacturing. (Non-woven black colour acoustic pad of 75 gsm should be pasted on the backside with appropriate adhesive.) The tile end shall be raised upward by 25mm/19mm to fix the tile in framework. Grid system for fixing ceiling tiles shall comprise of suspension system, which shall be made from pre coated, galvanized steel of thickness not less than 0.45mm. The main ‘C’ carrier of size 38mm x 12mm x 0.70mm thick shall be suspended by means of 4mm G.I rod from slab/roof. Clip in channel of size 24mm width x 34mm (inverted triangle) height x 0.45mm thick shall be fixed to main ‘C’ carrier at an interval of 600mm centre to centre. Thus a grid system for 600mm X 600mm module is formed. Wall angle wherever required shall be of size 19mm x 22mm x 0.40mm and it should be screwed to walls with screws. However, the suspension shall not be more than 150mm. ( Prior approval of sample and make is necessary by engineer incharge is necessary before use)

Providing and fixing in position Gypsum board false ceiling with 12.5 mm thick Gypsum boards, screwed/fixed to the under structure of suspended G.I. Grid constructed and suspended from the main ceiling consisting of ceiling sections of size 25 x 50 mm maximum center to center distance of 600 milimetre perimeter channel and intermediate channels at maximum center to center distance 1200 milimetre galvanized grid should be fixed to reinforced cement concrete slab. The gypsum board should be fixed to galvanized iron grid with necessary screws. The boards should be taped and filled from underside to give smooth, seamless ceiling. The rate should include necessary additional ceiling sections and intermediate channels. Additional intermediate channels should be fixed to strap hangers for additional support to prevent strapping at every 1200 milimetre item to be completed in all respect including necessary sleeves for ducts finishing of joints cut outs, painting including labour, material, lifts etc. all complete.
