Taking down old unserviceable plywood from charpoy MS tubing Ply top supply and fixing of plywood 6'-6" x 3' x 12mm thick on charpoy MS Tubing with nut, bolt, washer as per drawing complete all as specified and shown on drawing No. CWE/TEZ/04 OR FD/E6/MAP/08 OR FD/MAP-II/01 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out existing broken head board from charpoy and fixing new head board with 18 mm thick exterior grade prelaminated particle board both side laminated shade as approved by BSO/GE with 4 mm thick teak wood beading in matching shade with new screws, complete all as specified and shown on drawing No. CWE/TEZ/04 OR FD/E6/MAP/08 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out existing broken foot board from charpoy and fixing new foot board with 18 mm thick exterior grade prelaminated particle board both side laminated shade as approved by BSO/GE with 4 mm thick teak wood beading in matvching shade with new screws, complete all as specified and shown on drawing No. CWE/TEZ/04 OR FD/E6/MAP/08 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of Rails of charpoy MS tubing as per drawing No. FD/E6/MAP/08 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of Stiffners of charpoy MS tubing as per drawing No. FD/E6/MAP/08 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of mild steel parts of charpoy MS tubing as per drawing No. FD/MAP-II/01 including removing dents welding, making surface smooth by grinding and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Hard rubber shoes, complete all as specified and shown on drawing No. CWE/TEZ/04 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down old unserviceable plywood from charpoy GI pipe Ply top and Supply and fixing of ply wood 6'-6" x 3' x 12mm thick on charpoy GI pipe ply top with nut, bolt, washer and flat iron 150 x 50 x 5 mm thick 03 Nos as per drawing No FD-220 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down old unserviceable long rail of GI charpoy and provision of new GI pipe 32 mm dia, medium grade ISI marked long rail duly threaded 40mm at one end 22mm at other end and fixing complete all as specified and shown on drawing No. FD-220 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: Jindal / TATA / Surya.

M&L for cutting existing unserviceable long rail retrieved from item No 35 above and converting into short rails as per existing pattern/design duly threaded 22mm at both ends and fixing the same after taking out old unserviceable short rail complete all as specified and shown on drawing No. FD-220 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cutting existing unserviceable short rail retrieved from item No 36 above and converting into legs all as per existing pattern/design and drawing duly threaded 22mm at one end and at other end 3mm thick plate, two Nos of 25mm dia and 40mm long ring made out of 5mm thick MS flat iron for MNF Set duly welded shall be provided and fixing the same after taking down unserviceable legs complete all as specified and shown on drawing No. FD-220 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down old unserviceable three way elbow from the GI charpoy & provision of new three-way elbow 32mm dia. ISI marked and fixed as per existing design/pattern complete all as specified and shown on drawing No. FD-220 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down old unserviceable check nuts from the GI Charpoy and provision of new GI check nuts 8 mm wide, 32mm dia ISI marked fixed as per existing design/pattern complete all as specified and shown on drawing No. FD-220 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F CP handles for locker bed side steel with shelves (as per drawing No. FD-257 & 1029) after taking out old one carefully and fixing at original position including necessary assembling as required complete all as specified and as shown on drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

3mm thick stainless steel hasp and staple for locker bed side steel with shelves as per drawing.

Leg for locker bed side steel with shelves as per drawing.

Repairs to dented door by removing the door from hinges making smooth and straight by denting applying putty and refixing by replacing unserviceable hinges for locker bed side steel with shelves.

S&F Top of Teapoy verandah as per existing made out of 18/19mm thick pre-laminated (exterior grade) particle board (as per drawing No. FD-383) conforming to IS 12823-1990 and 4 mm thick teak wood edging all round after taking out old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of top batten of trestle store room wooden (FD-86M) as per existing size and shape made out of well seasoned 1st class teak wood free from knots and defects, grooves shall be smooth finished, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for two coats of French polish to old polished wooden furniture including cleaning and preparation of old surfaces of trestle store room wooden (FD-86M), complete all as specified and as shown on drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
