Supply of following height high mast system with all accessories. Mast shall consist of two sections, completely hot dip galvanised and suitable for wind velocity of 55 m/s as per IS 875. Mast shall include all acccessories including head frame, steel wire rope 6mm dia, EPR insulated PCP sheathed trailing copper conductor cable 02 nos. of size 5 core x 4 sq.mm., double drum winch, galvanised lantern carriage arrangement suitable for fixing minimum 09 nos of LED fittings symmetrically (in half round) & its control gear boxes and lightning finial including supply of suitable foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts and washers, anchor plates and templates etc. as per OEM standards. High mast shall have an integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its up and down operation complete with all accessories as required and as specified in Technical Specifications. It shall also include electrical control panel fabricated from 3 mm thick CRC sheet for outer and 2 mm thick for inner finished with powder coating housing 32A TPN MCB, 'C' series as incomer, IP 55, outdoor type, Floor Mounted, having size (minimum) 1200 mm x 900 mm x 600 mm, outgoing terminals, including 24 hour digital timer, 4P contactor circuit for automatic control of luminaires, and control for the power tools motor and shall have the separate housing compartment for the existing 01 no. 3 KVA UPS complete with all accessories as required and as specified in Technical Specifications. a) 16 m height

Design of suitable shallow foundation shall be obtained from the OEM and the same design and drawing shall be vetted from the premier institute such as IITs/ NITs/ any Government Engineering College and Construction of the same shallow foundation with anchor plates, templates i/c fixing of foundation bolts supplied for high mast with M20 grade concrete for following height high masts after testing the soil bearing capacity at site and installation of highmast on the base using suitable heavy equipments, installation of required no. of LED light fittings / components with switch gear arrangement on the lantern carriage, installation of LED aviation obstruction lights, installation of control panel including excavation for foundation providing RCC foundation up to 45 cm height above Ground Level, interconnecting cables, connections,earth connections, wiring, testing and commissioning etc. complete all as required and as specified in Technical Specifications. a) 16m height
