Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated Double Skinned DX Coil Air- handling unit fabricated out of extruded aluminum section with 0.8mm pre-plasticized / pre-coated Galvanized steel sheet outside & 0.8 mm polished SS sheet inside complete with supply & exhaust blower section with single / multiple AMCA certified backward curved plug fan with aerofoil design blades, VFD with built in harmonic filters for both supply & exhaust fan motor, power control panel with necessary switchgears incoming & outgoing for VFD, HRW & humidifier, blower suitable for static pressure as required (Fan Static given below is for guideline), blower motor TEFC (IE3) type suitable for operation on 415 volts ± 10%, 50 Hz ± 5% AC supply, 8 row cooling & 2 row heating coil made of Aluminum finned Copper tube, Copper header with coil section, pre-filter section with non woven synthetic media MERV 8 filters in extruded aluminum frame in both the supply & exhaust side of AHU, fine filter section with MERV 13 filters in extruded aluminum frame in supply after fan, (Hepa filters shall be at terminals along with laminar flow plenum & not to be included in the cost), Heat Recovery Wheel with HRW Section, mixing chamber, polished stainless steel drain pan made out of 22 G sheet duly insulated etc. without face and bypass dampers, coilotron UV section only of 600 mm in length in floor mounted AHU (Coilotron UV System quantified separately). The AHU panels shall be insulated with 48mm thick & 36 Kg/m³ density PU foam & shall have thermal break. The motor & blower assembly shall be mounted on Aluminum extruded section only. These AHUs shall have air inlet / outlet connection made of aluminum 20 G & all fixing arrangement / blank off shall be of SS The complete AHU shall conform to standard speciation. The face velocity across cooling / heating coil shall be limited to 152 MPM maxm. The capacity of Air-handlers shall be as follows:

Supply, installation testing, commissioning and validation of Laminar Flow Units (LFU) comprising of Terminal EU 13 HEPA Filters of 99.997% Efficiency down to 0.3 Micron particle size installed in zero leakage Al frame with Al perforated plate type Al grille, LFD laminar flow diffusers are constructed from 18 swg aluminium sheet, perforated face with approx. 50% perforation of size 900x600mm-6nos, 600x600mm-3nos, including the cost of supply air 18 gauge Al plinum of size 8'x6'x2', including all connection complete in all respect. Make as approved by Engineer in charge.
