Construction of HT/LT lines, LT Sub-Stations and associated works.

Safe Loading, Carriage & unloading of following material from Central stores Daliganj To J.E's Store and from J.E's stores to work at site.

(a) ST Pole 9/11 mtr

(b) PCC Pole 8.5 Mtr long

(c) ABC 3x95/120+1x70+1x16 sqmm

Opening and dismantling of all the wire and accessories from tilted pole and digging the pit for straightening of existing tilted support of HT/LT lines after strengthening of tilted pole fixing of all accessories and re-stringing of old HT/LT line with help of T&P under the area.

Replacement of HT/LT line stay set by providing stay insulator, stay clamps etc. All material shall be arranged by the contractor.

Erection of 9/11 mtr. ST pole by digging pit binding of existing AB Conductor fixing of necessary clamps alongwith grouting & Plinthing of pole. All material shall be supplied by the contractor and ST pole provided by the department.

Re-stringing and sagging of loose ABC line along with opening of binding of insulator opening of consumer connection after restringing of line its proper binding & making re-connection of consumer.

Repairing of Guarding 11 KV line with the help of binding wire of 22 SWG. Suitable for 11 KV line, specially above those road crossing/HT, LT line crossing which guarding damaged/Jurjur to avoid accidents as per RESPO Specification and direction of E/I. (All material excluding GI wire shall be supplied by the contractor)

Cutting and chopping of tree branches falling upon HT/LT line and LT substation. After clearance of line throughout pieces of tree branches of site in the area.

Pipe type earthing of T/F with 60 fit deep borring and providing GI Pipe 1.5" dia (60 fit GI Pipe) and GI strip 25x5 mmx6 meter long attached with clamps, L piece, nut & bolts and GI Pipe Cap. All material shall be supplied by the contractor.

Topping of Transformer Oil in 250/400/630 LT Transformer after Central fusing (Transformer oil will be supplied by department).

Repairing of Distribution piller box of 300/500 Amp Henley type fuse unit at LT T/F including Replacement of all damage material like U Contract, Spring Contract, Lugs, Copper bus bar LT Leads. (Only LT lead will be provided by the department).

Repairing of wiremess fencing of size as per required at site & 2.0 M height around T/F and LT Distribution piller box made of M.S. angle 50X50X6 and wire mess of size 10 SWG rectangular type and painting as per Norms of RESPO. (All material Labour& T&P will be provided by Contractor).

Replacement of damage ABC by newly ABC its Erection & commissioning of (3x95/120+1x70+1x16 sq.mm) Aerial Bunched Conductor. Only ABC shall be supplied by the department.

Replacement of damage PCC Pole, opening of HT/LT line & accessories, its carriage back upto JE Dump Store. All T&P shall be provided by the Contractor.

Repairing of Damaged/Rusted and rotten 11 meter/9 meter long Steel Tubular Pole with the help of 3 nos. Ms angle of size 40x40x5x1500 mm. Work includes opening of binding of insulator, alignment of damaged/rusted pole, digging of pit, fixing of angle its proper welding, grouting & plinthing of ST pole as per RESPO specification and direction of E/I under the area.
