EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

23)The agencies participating in the tender shall be registered in the Construction Labour Board as per the G.O.No.LD 300 LET 2006 Dated:18-1-2007 and Addendum No.LD 95 LET 2013 Bengaluru Dt:1-4-2013. Also the contractors entrusted with the work shall employ the labours only who have registered in the Karnataka Building and Construction Workers Welfare Board failing which the contractor shall be liable for any further action as deem by the authority, 24)Within 20 days of receipt of the Letter of Acceptance, the successful Tenderer shall deliver to the Employer a Security deposit in any of the forms as mentioned in bid document for an amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract price plus additional security for unbalanced tenders in accordance with Clause 25.5 of ITT and Clause 43 of the Conditions of Contract for all works, 25)The Bidder shall quote the rates WITHOUT ADDING GST for either materials or works contract (Service).
