M & L for water proofing treatment of roof slab all as followes: - (a) M&L for preparation of roof surfaces by brushing, cleaning and Applying a priming coat with bitumen primer @ 0.5 ltr/Sqm (b) Applying a hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm (c) Laying APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3 Kg/Sqm will be laid over applied bitumen by torch application with side lap 100 mm and end lap 150 mm. (d) Applying a tack coat of hot bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm and sand in confirming to Zone II in dry condition will be dusted over the bitumen @1.00 Kg/Sqm

M&L Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound liquid admixture for mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching, coping , roof kerbs, mud stop, padding etc and similar work all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with alumini-um conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 Core in trench/floor/on pole/wall complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundations, laying of pipes & cable etc and not exceeding 10 square meter on plan for manholes etc and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with ap-proved excavated soil in-cluding spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning to U/G cable in layers of 23 cm thick (8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable, punned thickness shall be measured) in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Only punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type 2, flat ISI marked, factory made of size 300mmx180mmx40 mm laid dry in trenches for protection of underground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 40 mm dia galvansized MS tubes, ‘light grade' for cable protection laid in trenches under road or path or fioxed on pole with all necessary fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm dia galvanised steel tubing, Medium grade, with all necessary fittings and fixtures fixed to walls, ceiling and laid under road/floor etc complete all as specified and directed.
