Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) or tiling etc in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) on roof floors other than ground floors complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (re-inforced) of water tanks or any description and in any position not otherwise specifiecally provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster/wall tiles including backing etc from brick/stone walls / concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Brickwork with Fly Ash Bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing of 15mm bore pipe and connection laid in trenches or floors or fixed to walls and including cleaning for refixing or removal to store with all fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixed steel water tubing 15 mm bore medium grade galvanised with all fittings (ISI marked) fixed complete to walls, ceiling and floors complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only old steel tubing 15 mm bore and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floor etc.) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old serviceable pipes retrived by taking down shall be re-used.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc by using blenching powder from water tank of Capacity 500 litrres and from mouth of circulating pipe etc. complete all as specified and directed.

(Minimum weight 20mm-210 gms including refixing of inlet, outlet & over flow pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid WPC @ 200 ml per 50 Kg bag of cement, on concrete surfaces of fascia or edging of Chajjas, ceiling and roof proIections etc, including taking out peeled off plaster / concrete incl roughening old concrete surface and making the line in true shape and finishing the surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid for separately.

Taking down cement plaster and decayed concrete of any description, upto tripple storey of building, from roof projection, chajja etc and making good the decayed portion with cement mortar 1 :3 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction or PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including necessary form work and finally finished the surface with 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth using extra cement, forming joints and filling with mixture of paving bitumen & sand in 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered external surfaces of walls applying two coats of cement based paint, white or tinted including curing before and after paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, white or tinted, over and incl 1 mm thick cement based wall care putty in suitable nos of coats to receive true smooth surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, white or tinted, over and incl 1 mm thick cement based wall care putty in suitable nos of coats to receive true smooth surface complete all as specified & directed.

M& L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, bed plates benching,floor by maintaing required gradient / undulation etc slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating including necesary form work, complte all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with intergral water proofing compound and applying 75 mm thick padding and junction coved filling of PCC M-20 Nominal Mix (1:1.5:3) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate on the junction of floor and wall the surface shall then be cured and allowed to dry, apply Epoxy Resins Coating, polymer Modified Cementation coating like brush bond of fosroc, pidilite and bostic as per manufacturer's instructions both on floor as well as on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound conformimg to relevant IS complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in mass filling in sunken slab of toilets, complete all as specified.

Supply & fixed in repair, Vitreous china squatting pan of pattern, long pan, 'Orissa pattern', size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rests (excl flushing cistern and flush pipe) but including provision concrete bedding CI floor trap etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixed, Vitreous china wash down water closet pan (Pedestal pattern) white (excl fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) but including plastic water closet seat, white, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel CP or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs CP Brass Hand Shower (Health Faucet) with 8 mm dia,1.2 m long Long Flexible Tube Chrome Finish & Wall Hook for Water closet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mmx300mm, thickness 7mm as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado, etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.

Cleaning/clearing of sewage line (including manholes) 100mm to 150mm bore of any description, underground at any depth, removing any type of blockage including desilting, descaling & dechocking of drains as well as manholes and depositing the sludge in a pit (including digging of pit) not less than 100 metres away from the site of cleaning and covering the sludge with layer of 2.5cm thick layer of earth and spraying unslacked lime on the pit and making sewage line smooth functional complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30 mm thick size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS screws shall be paid separately.

(d) The surface shall be primer with Smart care epoxy primer to seal the pores and enhance the adhesion of the coating. Supplying and applying single component water proofing liquid membrane based on pure elastomeric, polyutherine resin smart care pu magnum us, cold applied of spray/ brush applied, membrane with elogation > 600% and tensile strength of 3-4 Mpa as per Astm D 412. crack bridging ability of 3mm as per ASTM C1305, no leakage upto 5 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048, shore A Hardness > 50 Shore as per ASTM D 2240. The minimum thickness to be applied shall be 1.5mm. (e) Providing & laying of protective Geotextile fabric 150GSM over the entire membrane with proper overlaps of 75mm before of Brick bat coba treatment. (f) M & L for Non skid ceramic jointless coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but nexc 0.18 sqm in floor etc set & jointed in neat cement slury & pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 20mm thick screed layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and applying two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating over brick wall surface , Smartcare UltraBlock 2K or approved Equivalent Having>220% elongation as per ASTMD 2370, Resisting 5 Bars Hydostatic pressure as pepr DiN 1048, Reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per DIN 1048, Craki bringing upto 3.50mm as per EN 1062. The coating shall have food grade certificate from laboratories like CFTRI. The Mixing ratio of Coating shall be 2 PArts of Powder & 1 Part of Liquid without any water addition in mixing etc. complete as per manufacturers specification. Mnimum consumption shall be 2 kg/Sqm. Supply and applying bond application MIX AP SC repair polymer and cement in Ratio of 1: Brush apply 1 or 2 continuous coat of Mix and ensure minimum consumption shall be 0.2 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M& L preperation of inaccessible roof surface by scrapping and properly cleaning the existing roof treatment in any number of layers upto original RCC roof top surafce. Apply first coat Fiber reinforced Elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibres with sun reflective index(SRI) of 100-110 , hsving minimum elongation of 350% tensile strength of 2.9 Mpa and shall have cracks bridging ability upto 2.5mm and shall resisit 10 bars of hydrostatic pressure reduce surface temperatureuoto 10 degree celsius with 33% dilution of priming coat. Laying of fiber mesh of 0.3 mm thickness weave in leno pattern having 45 gsm/Sqm and pasting it properly iwith overlap of 50mm and aloow it toodry.Apply second of undiluted coat @4.5 Ltr/Sqm. Apply third and final co for 10mm thick cement rendering in CM 1:E168at undiluted @0.45 ltr/sqm. Aplly third and final coat [email protected]/Sqm as directed by Engr in Charge. (a) M&L for 10mm thick cement rendering in CM1:3 and finishing the surface even and smooth before application of priming coat
