Repair and protective works on the Sengar River Bridge located at Km 01 of the Ramet Kashipur Mod stretch

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 2000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Providing and laying Filter material underneath pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and Technical specification

Providing and laying Pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and Technical specifications

Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 810

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using strutural steel etc, as required. in gratings, frame, guard bar,ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. As per SOR Item 10.25.2

Painting or varnishing new work in small areas of new wood work with one coat (upto one Sq. Meter) of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint or varnish including supply of all materials, labour and Toosl and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should comfrim the I.S.I. No. 103 643

Painting on Concrete surface Providing and applying 2 coats of water based cement paint to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescence and applying paint @ of 1 litre for 2 sqm.

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material.

Cement concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast approved coarse sand cement in the proportion of 1:4:8 including supply of all material T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. As per SOR Item No. 281

Cement concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast approved coarse sand cement in the proportion of 1:2:4 including supply of all material T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. As per SOR Item No. 279

First class brick work in 1:6 cement and fine sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar in foundation plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. AS Per SOR Item 305 NS

12mm Cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & coarse sand of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth.
