Taking down cement plastering on brick or stone walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc inside shafts all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour 10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4, on other faces of stone masonry sufrace finished smooth and even, including mixed with water proofing compound (Dr Fixit/Sika/Perma/Araldite/ or equivalant as per manufacturers instructions) on wall of shafts all as directed by Engineer-n-Charge. Note : Water proofing compund measured and paid separately

M&L for applying two coats of Anti fungal paint-APEX wting over a coat of primer to match the existing colour including preparation of newly plastered surface of wall.

Taking down existing treatment along with PCC padding of any thickness and roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. complete.

Material and Labour for repair to cracks by cutting by machine, chasing pinning in on brick walls and making good to facing where required and pointing in CM 1:3 with water proofing compound not exc 10 CM girth, in 'V' shape as directed by Engr in Charge.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors & pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with and including integral waterproofing chemical PIDIPROOF LW mixed in proportion 200 millilitre per 50 Kg cement of DR FIXIT of PIDILTE INDUSTRIES LTD or STP No. 1 (LIQUID) as in padding on roof surface for correcting / making proper slope on roof, surface finished fair and even without using extra cement complete.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and fair with out using extra cement. including mixed with water proofing compound (Dr Fixit/Sika/Perma/Araldite/ or equivalant as per manufacturers instructions) on concrete surfaces all as directed by Engineer-n-Charge. Note : Water proofing compund measured and paid separately

Suppy only liquid water proofing (Compound) all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying water proofing treatment using 4mm thick APP modified membrane consisting fiver layers membrances with features as specified weighing not less than 3.5 kg per sqm reinforced with non woven polyester fiber @ 160gm/Sqm laid over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.40 kg/sqm by torching the membrance and sealing the over lap by 100mm length side and 150mm width side all as per manufacturer instructions including joints and changes in direction be curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml/bag of cement curved wel before laying membrance, all as per manufacturer instructions and to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Irrespective of lap the net covered area will only be measured for payment. (ii). Note: rate is inclusive of APP membrane, SBR Latex

(iii) Applying a coat of bituminius aluminium paint @200 gm /sqm (minimum ) in two coat .Make incorporated : HYPERPLAS POLYSTER OF IWL (INDIA) LTD OR EQUAVALENT.

Material and Labour for cleaning of bushes/plants/vegetations on walls/roof/chajjas/ceilings and removing/digging out the roots filling the hole and including applying antigrowth chemical and making good surfaces with cement concrete type, B1, 1:3:6, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate all as directed by Engr-in-Charge...

Disconnecting existing tanks Exc 250 & n exc 500 capacity , setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks Exc 500 & n exc 1000 , setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in positionall as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of PVC existing water tank of exc 500 ltrs & n. exc 1000 ltr capacity and removing to site

Dismantling PVC water tanks Exc 250 ltrs but not 500 ltrs capacity and removing to site

S & F 1000 Ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks, (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position, all as specified in SSR part I-1991and removing from site complete.

S & F 500 Ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks, (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position, all as specified in SSR part I-1991and removing from site complete.

Taking up or down 20 mm dia steel tubing and connection including cleaning for re-fixing or removal from site complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 18 here-in-before but 25 mm dia.

Refixing old 20mm dia steel tubing and connection in new or old positions (walls, ceilling, floors etc.)

Refixing old 25mm dia steel tubing and connection in new or old positions (walls, ceilling, floors etc.)

Supplying and laying of 20 mm dia. CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11with all fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying of 25 mm dia. CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 with all fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified.

Supply & Fixing in repair Ball brass valves20mm dia , high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair Ball brass valves 25mm dia , high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) 110 mm dia pipe in repair for roof drain pipe and fixed to wall with bracket including proper packing with CM 1:3

S & F in repair PVC (SWR) bend, 110mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repair PVC sintex cover for 500 ltr / 1000 ltr PVC tank complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repair PVC sintex cover for 300 ltr PVC tank complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning of water storage tanks and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc, exc 250 & n. exc 500 ltr capacity.

All as per item No-30 above but Exc 500 & n. exc 1000 ltr capacity.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in any position complete all as specified and directed

Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Fe 290 Gde- E-165)

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting , any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Taking down of existing MS wind tie ( where required) to dismantle the mild steel sheet shall be deemed included in the unit rates)

S&F Pre-painted galvalume( hot dip alloy of 55% Aluminium 43.5% Zinc 1.5% Silicon, AZ 150 gm/sqm both side) , Zincalume (steel) based corrugated sheet 0.50mm thick ,of an approved colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, and finished with resin coat on both surfaces as in roof covering/ cladding to wall,including flashings , ridges, valley etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified.

Removing building materials etc. (other than spoil payable under items 03028 to 03031 in Section- Earthwork) distance of 3.00Km or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination
