REPAIR REPLACEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT TO DEFECTIVE PARTS OVERHAULING OF COMPRESSOR HOT AND COLD WATER PIPE LINE INSULATIONS AHU FILTERS HEATERS DE SCALING OF CONDENSER CHILLER AND THEIR DEFECTIVE ACCESSORIES CERTAIN ESSENTIAL SPARES AND OTHER ALLIED WO

Supply and fix in repairs cooling tower fan Assembly with fan speed not exceeding 60m/s, out let air velocity not less than 610 m/min with noise level not exceeding 75 dBA made out of propeller type light weight solid/ hollow FRP rust resistant with statically and dynamically balanced blades alongwith galvanised steel guard protection to protect fan and out side area suitable for upto 60 TR capacity AC plants.

Material and labour for taking out all old unserviceable PVC fills from cooling tower of capacity upto 100 TR and supply and fix in replacement of eliminator of cooling tower upto 100 TR complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the cooling tower by applying wire brush, washing powder and other solvent by removing the deposited impurities sush as silt, dust particles mud/ sand inside the dume and around the fins,cleaning of base tray & grills, pot stainer, main shaft etc and other connected items, servicing of fan motor including changing of bearings and greasing refixing the fan, frill & top cover including testing commissioning after reassembling complete including painting all as directed by Engr-in-charge. '(a) cooling tower of capacity upto 35 TR

(b) cooling tower of capacity 66 TR to 250 TR

Supply and fix in repairs Sprinkler Assembly complete with Header Nozzles made out of Galvanised iron suitable to fix in cooling towers of upto 60 TR capacity AC plants.

Material and Labour for Charging of refrigerant gas R- 407c/ R134/R22 in sealed cylinder after making system leak proof complete all as specified and as directed(Note:-Refrigerant shall be issued to contractor for each AC plant from AGE E/M -II store yard.Transportation as well as loading/unloading of cylinder from AGE E/M store yard to AC plant will be the resposibility of the contractor)

Supply and fixing of filter drier for chiller as per existing make and model complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of supply / return / exhaust air grilles /of powder coated aluminium with aluminium volume control dampers with anti smudge ring & removable core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Make: Ruskin, Titus, Air Flow, System Air, Caryaire

Complete Servicing of AHUs installed in Zone-VIII AC plants, removing of air filters and refixing after cleaning with air blower and water with suitable cleaning agent , cleaning of cooling coil with wire brush ,air blower and water spraying pump with gun and mixing the chemical sitable for removing of scales on aluminium fins and straighting the fins of cooling coil by using suitable brush for capacity upto 10000 CFM as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Complete Servicing of AHUs installed in Zone-VIII AC plants, removing of air filters and refixing after cleaning with air blower and water with suitable cleaning agent , cleaning of cooling coil with wire brush ,air blower and water spraying pump with gun and mixing the chemical sitable for removing of scales on aluminium fins and straighting the fins of cooling coil by using suitable brush for capacity 10000 CFM to 20000CFM as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
