Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Brick work with Sub Class ‘B’ burnt bricks (Old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius complete built in cement mortar 1: 4 and flush joints in the same mortar as the work proceed, complete all as specified.

Ditto all as per Item No 02 but except brick.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement using water proofing liquid complete all as specified. (WPL shall be measured and paid seperatly)

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Excavation in trenches n.exe 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5m depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breking up drain pipe (salt glazed stone ware) of 150mm internal dia, set in cement morter including demolition of conc bed and hunching complete all as spd

PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone agg as in bed to drain pipe of 150mm internal dia including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Salt glazed stone ware (SGSW) grade 'A' drain pipes 150mm internal dia, jointed in cement mortar (1:1) complete including testing etc as specified & directed.

Returning filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose all as specified.

Removing of surplus soil upto 50m and spreading at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4 type B-1) smooth finished and reforming benching as required 150mm internal bore, complete all as specified

PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggr) used in surface channel and drains incl all necessary formwork complete all as specified

Extra for forming fair finished drain as channel of cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified.

PCC (1:2:4) Type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, benching of manhole, bed plates for hold fasts, apex stone and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles as directed including form work and mising of integral water proofing compound, finishing all exposed surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement conc of any description built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates in landings, cover slabs, and similar articles with plain faces including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

TMT mild steel bar 6 to 8mm dia & over,cut to length bent to shape required,incl cranking,bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends & binding with inc mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified

Ditto all as per Item No 23 but except steel bars.

Vitreous China squatting pan “Orissa pattern” size 580x440mm white with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) with CI ‘P’ trap of long arm of suitable size including connection to flush pipe, anti symphonic pipes etc, complete fixed in repairs all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :-The WC shall be ISI marked 1st quality (ii) Unit rate quoted against the above item also includes for provision of lead joint between CI trap and outlet pipe. (iii) The disturbed surface of floor shall also be made good as per existing specifications without any extra cost to Govt.

Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (Pedestal Pattern) and trap (standard pattern) white as approved including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe anti symphonize pipe etc. complete with fixing bolts and chromium plated flush pipe 32mm dia, plastic water closet seat cover and chromium plated jet complete set, complete as fixed in repair.

Vitreous China ware wash hand basin white of size 550x400mm incl CP waste coupling and PVC waste pipe and MS steel brackets as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

PVC syphonic action type flushing cistern low level white with inlet ball valve, float and handle including PVC connection , pair of brackets, PVC flush pipe capacity 10 ltr all as spd.

Removing of spot blockage from WC (Indian or EWC) including cleaning, rodding etc complete all as specified.

Removing of spot blockage from gully trap, Nahani trap, floor trap including cleaning, rodding etc complete all as specified.

Salt glazed stone ware gully traps square mouthed, type 'P' 150mm x 150mm with excavation and earth work, set in PCC M-10(Nominal mix) block measuring 45cm x 45cm and cast iron grating including joints in cement mortar (1:1) all as specified.

Dismantling of CI pipe of different diameters complete all as directed.

Cast iron soil, waste and vent pipe(sand cast pipes) in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed to walls with CI/MS holder bat clamps, 100mm bore of pipe, complete all as specified.

Opening cover of septic tank dewatering and taking out night soil/excreta sludge etc from septic tank and removing sludge outside MD land and cleaning the septic tank and placing the cover in orignal positing complete all as specified.

Opening cover and taking out accumulated garbage deposited such as brick bats pebbles sand silt from gully traps and cleaning of gully traps including drain pipes up to first manholes not exc 3 mtr away and removing the same to outside MD land placing the cover in orignal positing complete all as specified.

Opening cover of manhole and taking out accumulated garbage deposited such as brick bats pebbles sand silt (night soil excreta etc) from manholes of depth not exc 1.5m and cleaning of man holes and placing the cover in orignal positing complete all as specified.

Systematically cleaning of 150mm/200mm dia pipe sewers/drains by passing rope, knots, bamboos, kempt and disc of required size from manholes to manholes, septic tank and well flushing after cleaning sewer line/drain pipe with water (excluding manholes and septic tanks) including safety measures such as test for existence of poisonous gas etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out/pumping contaminated sewage water from septic tank/soakage well incl inlet/outlet chamber after plugin incoming sewage line suction(vaccum) type machine mounted on LMV/HMV and facility of high pressure vaccume and removing and dumping off the same in tank to a place out side contonment at the place marked for the purpose by local municipality or the authority controling the area as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Contractors are advised to ascertain the place suitable/earmarked for disposal of sludge/sewage water from local municipality or area controling authority before quoting their rates. Disposal of waste at suitable place shall be sole responsibility of contractors and no representation or objection in this regard will be entertained at any later stage.

Desludging the solid sludge from septic tank,soakage well incl inlet/outlet chamber, removing out all scum,silt reduce sludge (both organic/inorganic nature) after plugging the incoming sewage line through combined high pressure water jetting curved suction(vaccum) type machine mounted on LMV/HMV and facility of high pressure vaccume and removing and dumping off the same in the tank to a place out side contonment at the place marked for the purpose by local municipality or the authority controling the area as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Solid sludge means bulky mass of sludge which remains at the bottom of septic tank/soakage well after pumping out/taking out sludge water.
