Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point fifteen millimeter) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30×30×5mm (thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies including dewatering or bailing out water required to at site complete up to any height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced cement concrete and plain concrete work in vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string cousrses and the like as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings framed guard bars,ladders,railling,brackets and similar works as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

15mm (fifteen millimeters) cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (eighty millimeters) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortor 1:5 (one cement: five sand) as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrapers and sand paper complete with ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead,Red-oxide/zinc oxide chrome as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting two costs (excluding priming cost on new steel and other metal surfaces eith enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foregin matters enamel white paint as directed by the Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces(two coats)to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered material as directed by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiselling/wedging out rocks( where blasting in prohibited ) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal upto all leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm ( one hundred fifty milimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water ( surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement : five sand : ten graded broken/ crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimeters) nominal size and down gauge) with 15% plum (fifteen percent plum) mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete including cost of form work in retaining walls/breast walls the size of plums shall usually be 150 mm to 300 mm (one hundred fifty millimeters to three hundred millimeters as per HPPWD specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of embankment for roadway with approved material obtained from borrow pits and laid in layers of suitable thickness not exceeding 200mm ( two hundred millimeters) spreading to required slope and compacted with three wheel 80-100 kN static/ vibratory road roller to meet the requirements of table 300.1 and 300.2 of MORD specifications to lines, grades, level and cross sections as per drawings or directions of the Engineer-in-charge including preparation of foundation for embankment in all kinds and classification of soils including saturated soil and dewatering/ bailing out of water wherever required including hauling of materials for construction of embankment within all leads and lifts. The rate shall include carriage of machineries, equipment, tools and materials and safety measures, payment of all taxes and other incidentals necessary to complete the work in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Proving weepholes in brick masonry/ stone masonry abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slop of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling with granular material behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing, direction of Engineer in charge and MORD technical specification clause 1204.3.8 including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts including other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement: four sand: eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeters) nominal size in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying ( to level or slope) 600mm dia (six hundred millimeter ) diameter reinforced cement concrete heavy duty non pressure pipes IS Class NP-2 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1 : 2 ( One cement : two sand) but excluding the cost of excavation, protection works, back filling, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1106 and as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of granular sub-base with material by providing well graded crushed material, spreading in uniform layers mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD specification clause 401 as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge .The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 and 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 in two layers and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70 kg to 1.00 kg (zero point seventy kilogram to one kilogram) per square meter using mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 502 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg to 0.30 kg (zero point twenty five kilogram to zero point thirty kilogram) per square meter on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 503 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 (one hundred desh one twenty) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 (at the rate of five point four to five point six) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects.The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.
