Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of zinc chromite yellow primer in all floorsetc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with water based emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Flooring with SS flooring stone slab of size 600mmX600mm and other sizes suitable for site requirement not less than 100mm thick with machine cut edges and top surface dressed as directed by the departmental officers including cost and conveyance of materials to site and labour charges for paving and Pointing with lime mortar 1:2 (one lime and two sand) etc complete.
