Disconnecting and isolating the compressor upto 120 TR capacity from the system by placing dummy plates to suction and discharge valves, opening the compressor, removing all the internal parts, re-winding the stator, cleaning of all the parts thoroughly supply and replacing the worn out parts of piston pins, lock rings, piston rings, oil rings, DV/SV springs, DV washers, DV lock plates valve lifter spring, Nylon nuts, gasket sets and refixing / reassembling the compressor unit, checking oil pressure removing the dummy plates and testing the compressor complete to the entire satisfaction all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Disconnecting and isolating the screw compressors upto 120 TR capacity electrically and mechanically from the system after pumping down the system, opening othe end cover gear system, checking of the high speed gears, low speed gears, male & female rotors (asymetric rotor), bearings, overhauling of the same, replacing of the wornout, supply only unserviceable spares like trust anchor, roller, tapers, Gasket set re-assembling, refixing back to the system, flushing of the system with dry nitrogen (N2), charging of the oil checking of the oil pressure, leak testing and gas charging complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) Supply only spares, compressor oil, pressure testing and Refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid separately except which are mentioned in the scope of work . (b) Labour charges deemed to be included in the scope of the work.

Draining out the old existing used compressor oil from the compressor at LSP plant, supply and Charging of compressor oil complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Leak testing of the system AC plant of various capacity with nitrogen (N2) pressure after evacuating the existing gas from the system in to empty cylinder by separating the entire system like compressors, condenser, cooling coil and refrigerant lines and rectifying the leakage including cutting, welding, brazing etc and reconnecting with ‘O’ rings, Washers, gaskets etc, flushing out the Nitrogen and vacuumising, recharging the taken out refrigerant gas complete all as directed.

Disconnecting and removing of the un-serviceable low pressure cut out switch from the existing position, supply and fixing new Low Pressure Cut Out Switch all as directed.

Disconnecting and removing of the un-serviceable high pressure cut out switch from the existing position, supply and fixing new High Pressure Cut Out Switch all as directed.

Disconnecting and removing of the un-serviceable oil pressure cut out switch from the existing position, supply and fixing new Oil Pressure Cut Out Switch all as directed.

Disconnecting and removing of the un-serviceable compressor loading solenoid coil from the existing position, supply and fixing new Compressor Loading Solenoid Coil all as directed.

Disconnecting and removing un-serviceable water flow switch from the existing position, supply and fixing new Water Flow Switch all as directed.

Disconnecting and removing un-serviceable water pressure cut out switch from the existing position, supply and fixing new Water Pressure Cut Out Switch all as directed.

Supply and filling of Refrigerant gas R-22 complete all as directed.

Removing un-serviceable catch all core filter from the existing position, supply and fixing new Catch All Core Filter all as directed.

Disconnecting electrically and mechanically the condensor fan motor from the existing position and rewinding, varnishing, insulation, ovening, greasing to the condensor fan motor, replacing of bearings all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Disconnecting and removing un-serviceable 1/4" copper pipe coil from the existing position, supply and fixing new 1/4" Copper Pipe Coil all as directed.

Disconnecting and removing un-serviceable 1/4" copper fare nut from the existing position, supply and fixing new 1/4" Copper Fare Nut all as directed.

Disconnecting and removing un-serviceable 1/4" copper Tee from the existing position, supply and fixing new 1/4" Copper Tee all as directed.

Disconnecting and removing un-serviceable 1/4" copper angle valve from the existing position, supply and fixing new 1/4" Copper Angle Valve all as directed.

Disconnecting and removing un-serviceable sub zero controller from the existing position, supply and fixing new Sub Zero Controller all as directed.

Disconnecting and removing un-serviceable ON / OFF push button from the existing position, supply and fixing new ON / OFF Push Button all as directed.

Disconnecting and removing un-serviceable condensor fan motor contactor MN18 from the existing position, supply and fixing new Condensor Fan Motor Contactor MN18 all as directed.

Disconnecting and removing un-serviceable compressor contactor 3TF S1 from the existing position, supply and fixing new Compressor Contactor 3TF S1 all as directed.

Disconnecting and removing un-serviceable star delta timer from the existing position, supply and fixing new Star Delta Timer all as directed.

Disconnecting and removing un-serviceable / burnt out copper multistrand 3 core, 2.5 Sqmm cable from the existing position, supply and fixing new Copper Multistrand 3 core, 2.5 Sqmm cable all as directed.

Disconnecting and removing un-serviceable / burnt out copper multistrand 4 core, 4 Sqmm cable from the existing position, supply and fixing new Copper Multistrand 4 core, 4 Sqmm cable all as directed.

Disconnecting and removing un-serviceable / burnt out copper control wiring multistrand 11/8 cable from the existing position, supply and fixing new Copper Control Wiring Multistrand 11/8 all as directed.

Disconnecting and removing un-serviceable 32 Amps MCB of condenser fan motor from the existing position, supply and fixing new 32 Amps MCB of Condenser Fan Motor all as directed.

Disconnecting electrically and mechanically the AHU motor from the existing position and supply and replacing new AHU motor of 5 star effciency, replacing of bearings all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for 25 HP capacity

Disconnecting and removing un-serviceable starters and contactors of AHU from the existing position, supply and fixing new starters and contactors of AHU all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and removing un-serviceable pillow block bearing (PG 210) of blower from the existing position, supply and fixing new pillow block bearing (PG 210) of blower all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electrically and mechanically operated chiller pump of 10 HP capacity from existing position, re-winding, overhauling of the same, replacing the worn out bearing etc with new ones, greasing, fixing back and testing complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting and removing un-serviceable starters and contactors of pump from the existing position, supply and fixing new starters and contactors of Pump all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and removing un-serviceable actuator with controller of chiller from the existing position, supply and fixing new actuator with controller of Chiller all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electrically and mechanically the Chiller Pump from the existing position and supply and replacing new Chiller Pump of 5 star effciency, replacing of bearings all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for 10 HP capacity

Supply and fix High (micro) efficiency filters to remove dust particles down to 5 micron with minimum efficiency 99% when tested as per BS 6540 - Part I made out of non woven synthetic/polyester/polypropylene media sandwiched between HPDE mesh on one side for additional coarse filtration and aluminium expanded mesh on the other side for mechanical support, media is encased and sealed in sturdy aluminium for longer life including rubber gasket on flanged with final drop of 20mm Hg, approximate size 600x600x303mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable insulation of Supply and fix thermal insulation to exposed duct with fibre glass wool 50 mm thick (Density 48 Kg / cub mtr) covered with polythene sheet face hessain cloth, GI chicken wire mesh and protected with sand cement plaster in CM (1:4) and painted with cemented based paint complete all as specified and directed

Opening of the screws, covers of the aircooled condensing units, Descaling of the aircooled condensing units to bring down the high pressure, Cleaning of the dust particles formed on the coil system with diluted 'ASFOCLEAN' chemical, Costic Soda by pouring on the coil with leg pump or mechanical system till the clearing of the dust on the coil as primary wash and detergent powder or surf water as final wash and testing complete upto 120 TR condensing units all as specified and directed.

Supply , install, testing and comissioning of 2 TR Capacity 230V, 50Hz, single phase split type Air conditioning unit 5 star rating, inverter type complete with drive motor, air cooled condenser with all acessories varied speed and dual rotary compressor, including fixing the outdoor units as per manufactures recommendation and fixing of indoor (high wall) unit on wall, providing and marking interconnection including refrigerent piping with nitryle rubber insulation and control cable from indoor unit to outdoor unit power cabling from isolator/inclosure to unit,first charging of refrigerant gas (R32) incl cordless remote outdoor suport stand etc complete all as speciefied and directed.

Supply and fix automatic electronic voltage stablizer of 5.0 KVA Capacity, wall mouting type heaving features such as intellgent time delay system, Low and High Violatge cut of protection, latest IC technology to protect from power functions, thermol over load protection , wide input varation between 170V to 270V with output voltage stablized at 220 to 240 V with accuarcy of +/- 2.5% and of following capacity suitable for split type air conditioner complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for submain wiring with 2x4.0 SQMM+1x4 SQMM Earth Wire single core PVC insulated FRSL sheathed cooper cable connecting to common earth dolly in and including heavy duty PVC Casing caping / rigid conduit all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20A complete all as specified and directed.

S & F refrigent pipes for suction and discharge lines for connection of indoor to outdoor units of 2 ton split AC of stranded size as per OEM recommendation with proper insulation including fixing arrangement with powder coated MS clamps and jointing of pipe etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F modular type motor starter, 25 Amps for split type air conditioners 2 Ton including cover plate and PVC surface box of suitable type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rigid PVC conduit (medium grade) size 25 mm dia including fittings such as elbow, bend & tee etc. for water drain out line for AC, laid on walls/floors with clamping/fixing materials complete all as specified and directed.

S&F flexible type water drain out pipe of approx length suitable for indoor unit of split AC complete all as specified and as directed.
