SUB-HEAD I : SITC OF VCB PANEL, TRANSFORMER & LT PANEL
Supply & Delivery of Indoor-type, floor mounted,metal clad,single tier, totally enclosed and fully interlocked, fully compartmentalized, free standing, 6 kV VCB Panel with 5 Nos 800 A VCBs (1 Incomer + 4 Outgoing) as per IS 13188, as ammended upto date and as per detail specification and approved make attached ( uploaded in the specification section) , suitable for use on 6 KV, 3 Phase,50 Hz AC supply to energise 3 nos 1600 KVA Dry Type Transformers .
Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the above 6 kV VCB Panel with PT & all the accessories, incl. carriage, by placing in position, assembling, lining up, levelling and checking all instruments, relays, correctly set according to requirement.All Routine and type test as per latest relevant IS will be conducted at manufacturer ' s Work Site. All the test should be done in presence of Engineer in Charge and other Departmental Authority.
Supply & Delivery 1600 KVA, 3 Phase , Cast Resin Dry Type Transfirmer suitable for operation in 6KV/415V, ,50Hz power supply, having cable end box in the HV side & provision for bus truncking at LV side and all accessories and conforming to IS 11171-1985 & IS - 2026 with latest modification (if any) & CBIP Specification and as per detail specification and approved make attached ( uploaded in the specification section)
Installation, Testing & commissioning of above 6 KV/ 415 volt, 1600 KVA distribution transformer incl. carriage to the substation building within a lead of 30mtr by placing in position and fixing after leveling fitting all components, connecting, checking & set of all instrument, relays according to requirement as instructed by the EIC incl. SUB HEAD V - EARTHING
Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming as to GS. For soft soil.
Earthing with 80 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts.long and 1 No. 65 mm x 8 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 80 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts.[G1-2(e)]
Connecting the equipment body to earth busbar incl. S & F 50mm x 6mm galvanized (Hot Dip) M.S. flat on Wall/Floor with G.I. saddle as required and making connection to equipment with incl. drilled holes, nuts, bolts & washers as per G.S.[G2/3-5(e)]
Extra for connecting the neutral of Transformer/Earth busbar to earth electrode including S & F 65 mm x 8 mm Galvanized(Hot Dip) steel strip on wall/floor with GI saddles & insulating the same by one layer of PVC strip over one layer of ampere tap.[G3-6(d)]
Extra for connecting the neutral of Transformer to earth bus for neutral earthing including Supplying & Fixing/Laying 185 sq. mm. PVC insulated unarmoured copper cables including both side socketing, finishing ends as per direction of EIC.
Construction of Masonry Trench of size 800mmx600mm with both side wall & base made up of breaks, including groove for holding of MS checker plate. The whole Masonry Trench should be finished with net cement.
SUB HEAD VI - SITC OF EARTHING FOR SUB-PANEL OF BUI:DING

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled withbitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below:(Vide page no G 1 Item no 2.a By ISI-Medium GI pipe)
Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 50 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required as per GS.(Vide page no G 2 Item no 4.c)
Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar incl. S & F 25 mm x 6 mm Galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddle as required and connection to equipments with incl. drilling holes, bolts, nuts,washers etc. as to GS. (Vide page no G 3 Item no 5.e.)
Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) MS hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe as to GS.(Vide page no G 2 Item no 3.a)
S & F solid G.I wire(Hot Dip) of size as below on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. asrequired and mending good damages.

Providing & fixing danger plates made of mild steel at least 2mm thick & vitreous enameled white on both sides & with inscription in signal red colour on front side as required.

Providing and fixing carbon dioxide (CO2) type fire extinguishers conforming to IS 15222-2002 and cylinders fully charged of following capacity(4.5 Kg ) [Make - Fire Shield/ Ceasefire]
S&F 5 Kg capacity gas pressure (DCP) fire extinguisher on wall with suitable iron bracket. [Make - Fire Shield/ Ceasefire]
Supply and fixing safety instruction chart in word duly framed with 5mm thick glass as required (approx. Front area 1.20 sqmt.)
Providing of set of 9.5 litre capacity GI bucket painted in post office red colour with prior coat of red-oxide paint and written with white paint 'FIRE' and mounted on MS angle iron frame with bracket and suitable base of appropriate size & capacity incl filling sand etc.
Providing First Aid Box as approved by St. John Ambulance Brigade / Indian Red Cross conforming to IS 13115-1991.
Supply and fixing shock treatment chart duly mounted on a wooden frame with 5mm thick glass as reqd. (approximate front area 1.20 sq.metre).
Providing of rubber mat 2 mtrs Length x 1 m. wide and 12mm thick to withstand 6KV dielectric strength as per IS 15652-2006.

S & F Lightning conductor Air-terminals made of 15 mm dia 1500 mm long GI pipe (ISI Medium) having five prongs of 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top with 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate at bottom incl. necessary holes etc. duly grouted on the parapet etc. in CC mortar (4:2:1)

SUB-HEAD VIII : EXECUTION OF MISCLLENEOUS WORKS
Making masonary cable trench after cutting all sorts of soil. The inside mearsurment of trench 900 mm clear width x 900 mm clear depth by providing 250 mm thick brick work with 1st class brick cement mortorr (1:4) on both sides and bottom of the trench consisting with 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) with stone chips over a layer of jhama brick flat soling 15mm thick (1:4) cement plaster to inside wall & 3mm thick neat cement finish.
Making & placing split type RCC slab cover of size 1400 mm x 400 mm x 150 mm thick each in 150 mm x 80 mm x 80 mm x 6 mm thick fabricated MS channel frame with inside welded reinforcement steel rods (12mm & 10mm dia) and the slabs to be placed over masonary cable trench properly recessed on both side walls and the cover slabs shall be capable of bearing minimum 200 Metric Ton load.
Core cutting of 125mm thick RCC slab by suitable core cutting machine for passing necessary vertical run of Electrical Bus duct/ cables/ cable tray/ protection pipes/ earthing strip etc including mending good the damages as per direction of the EIC.
Cutting floor/ brick wall by suitable tools for passing electrical cables/ cable tray/ protection pipes/ earthing strip etc including mending the damages as per direction of the EIC.
Supply, fabrication and placing/fixing MS checkered plate made of 6mm thick incl 30mm x 30mm x 6mm MS angle iron structure welded by fixing for insert plates at 4 sides in cable trench top with 2 nos 3/8" TMT handle rod incl gas cutting, grinding & drilling with one coat of red laid primer and one coats of synthetic enamel paint as per direction of EIC.

d. Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.
e. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules

The agency must prepare & submit planned & as-built G.A. drawings and Single Line Diagrams (SLD) of the proposed Electrical power distribution system of main building and Sub-station mentioning the cable sizes at different levels and the drawings to be made in Autocad software in standard symbols and to be presented both in softcopies and hardcopies (5 copies of each set of drawing) in A1 sheets as per direction of the EIC for the following :
1. For Main building from the sending end Sub-station to the receiving end main panels of the building and from the main panel upto the TPN DB level.
2. For the proposed Sub-station of Main building from HV source to Sub-Station LT panel including interconnection with other Sub-Station mentioning different LT feeder destinations.
3. For LC system.
