Annual maintenance of OHT water tank and sewage motor DC Generator requires periodic cleaning .Lubrication,insepection of brushes and commutator and testing of brush spring tension.In addition ,the electricals connections need attention to ensure clean metal to metal contact and tightness.Visually cables,clamps,wiring and terminal connection,See the generator drive pulley is tighth on the shaft and that the belt is in good condition and adjusted properly.Also,ensure that the generator is securely mounted and has a good ground .Remove the cover band,on generator so equipped and insept the inner surface of the generator cover band for tiny globules of soldier.O and M rates are included alternative servicing,Engine oil chaging,filter kit changing and full Genset servicing of engine and all other accessories.(100/125KVA Gandhi park OHT)
