Dismantling of complete defective AC Plant with AHU and condensing unit, outdoor units etc of capacity 3x10TR, air cooled type including control panel, indoor unit, out door unit, copper tubing any size, duct, duct grill and all accessories complete including all fittings, valves etc and transportation for deposit to MES store yard at Minniebay from logistic complex, INS Utkrosh complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quoted rate inclusive of all necessary T&P, transportation and manpower for dismantling, loading and unloading complete all as specified.

M&L for design, supply, commissioning, installation & testing of central air conditioning (AC Pant) with AHU and condensing unit, air cooled type air-conditioning system of capacity 3x16.5TR (2x16.5TR working and 1x16.5TR standby) for logistic complex/ SE Section, INS Utkrosh to maintain inside conditions for year round at inside design condition DBT 23+3°C and RH (60+5) % with 2 air changes per hour as per floor plan suitable for climatic conditions of Andaman Nicobar Island. The units shall be air cooled, factory fabricated and factory assembled and shall be capable maintain the given temperature & RH complete as per specification given here under:-

OUTDOOR UNIT (a) Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor units comprising of 16.5TR (2 circuit- 11TR & 5.5TR), side discharge. (b) Outdoor unit including vaccumising, gas charging of modular type units having actual capacity outside temp and providing non stop cooling. (c) Outdoor units shall comprise of highly efficient scroll compressors, with heat exchanger, low noise condenser fan control complete as per OEM specification. Note: (i) After installation Leakage test for copper pipe will be done before gas charging. (ii) Pressure testing & charging of environmental friendly refrigerant gas as per OEM design of complete AC system will be performed as required at site. (iii) ODU with necessary stand and foundation shall be installed at suitable location as directed by dept.

Air handling unit (AHU) Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory built, floor mounted double skin DX type, Air handling unit (AHU) of minimum cap 34 TR of minimum cap 13600 CFM, SP 65 mm wg or as per OEM design -01 Nos complete with specifications and capacities as under:- (a) Panel construction and Casing as per OEM desing. (b) Panel: Panel shall be double construction, CFC free PUF insulation panel 25mm thick having density 40+ 2 Kg/ Cum. factory injected by injection moulding machine. Outer skin- 0.6 mm thick pre coated GI sheet. Inner skin- 0.6 mm thick plain GI sheet. (c) AHU shall have water tight positive pressure access/ service door duly interlocked with fan. AHU shall have Thermally insulated totally sealed glass inspection window. Door shall be hinged type, hinged shall be casted powder coated zinc alloy. Flush Lock and Handle shall be of glass fiber reinforced polyamide. Inspection lamp with limit switch. (d) Base Frame : Base frame made of G.S.S. (e) Filter section : Folter section with 50 mm thick boc type pre-filter (MERV-8). Pre filters shall have efficiency 90% down to 10 micron. Make : as per manufacturer design.

(f) COIL SECTION : The interwined type DX cooling coil having 8 Rows Deep having suitable coil correspond to each ODU, copper tubes of suitable dia with thickness as per OEM recommendations, with aluminium fins & 2 Row deep water cooled heating coil. The Drain Pan material shall be SS-304 and drain PAN thickness 20 gauge duly insulated with 13 mm closed cell Nitrile insulation for drain tray. (g) FAN SECTION: (i) Blower Section wit blower DIDW Forward/ backward curved cetrifugal fan with suitable capacity T.E.F.C motor. (ii) Fan shall be dynamically trim (Two stage) balanced to ISO1940 and AMCA 204.3- G2.5 quality grade after assembly. (iii) Fan Impeller should be made as per OEM recommendations. (iv) Fan assembly should be mounted on Cushy foot mounted Vibration isolator. (v) Fan performance curve should be of Single RPM curve. It should not be multi RPM curve. (vi) AHU manufacturer should not fabricate Fan motor structure etc at their manufacturing unit and they shold supply entire assembly from fan manufacturer. (vii) Quoted rate inclusive for provision of one spare AHU motor and fan motor for redundancy.

Design, Supply, installation of AHU Expansion kit having (Expansion valve, dryer, shut off valves & site glass) (sets 03) for Outdoor unit 16.5 TR cap complete as specified as per OEM recommendation for automatic control of temp & RH with suitable mounting arrangement & necessary safety protection as per OEM recommedation.

Design, Supply, installation testing & commissioning of cubical comapertment type wall mounted electrical control panel for indoor/ outdoor units, AHU completer with necessary switchgear, starter and protection for AHU complete all as specified and directed as per recommendations of OEM. CPRI type tested manufacturer-01 No.

Design, Supply, installation testing and commissioning of Interconnecting refrigerant copper pipe of minimum size 28.6mm dia (OD) or any nearest higher size as per OEM design with required fitting like elbow, couplers, tee, joints, brass fitting, "U" loops etc work with closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular insulation 19mm thick between AHU & outdoor units as per specifications, all piping shall be properly supported with MS hanger as per specification and as standard Engrs practice (any length as per site requirement).

Design, Supply, installation testing and commissioning of Interconnecting refrigerant copper pipe of minimum size 12.7 mm dia (OD) or any nearest higher size as per OEM design with required fitting like elbow, couplers, tee, joints, brass fitting, "U" loops etc work with closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular insulation 19 mm thick between AHU & outdoor units as per specifications, all piping shall be properly supported with MS hanger as per specification and as standard Engrs practice (any length as per site requirement).

Design, Supply, installation testing and commissioning of 40 mm dia UPVC pipng pressure rating 10 Kgf/cm2 (IS No-4985) complete with fittings, supports complete as per specifications and as directed. (approx 5 RM or any length as per site requirement)

Design, Supply, installation testing, balancing and commissioning of supply air ducting and return air ducting system made of factory GSS sheet of thickness 22 Gauge confirming to IS: 277 with Zinc coating of not less than 120 grade, site fabricated as per SMACNA-1995 standard an as per IS:655, complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specification complete and quantity as required at site.

S&F control wiring of PVC insulated 7 core x 1.5 sqmm copper conductor (confirming to IS) in PVC concealed/ surface conduits medium grade inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers and accessories between indoor and outdoor unit ocmplete all as specified and directed.

S&F including laying of XPLE insulated and PVC sheated copper conductor unarmoured cable as required of 1.1 KV grade for power wiring of 4 core x 10 sqmm through pipe/ in duct/ on surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F including laying of XPLE insulated and PVC sheated copper conductor unarmoured cable as required of 1.1 KV grade for power wiring of 3 core x 6 sqmm through pipe/ in duct/ on surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS ODU stands complete all as specified and directed.

Envinronmental friendly Refigarant gas charging with proper T&P as per standard engineering practice.

Dehumidification system: Design, supply, installation and commisssioning of electrical with sufficient strip heaters with control cable for ensuring dehumidification system with duct type heaters or pan type dehumidifiers

Structural steel for duct supports, panel, AHU etc complete as per OEM design.

Note for Item No 3.0 to 3.24:- (a) The quoted rate inclusive of designing the AC Plant including heat load calculation, duct design, diffusers, strip heating, refrigerant piping, controls etc complete as per ASHRAE standards. Duly completed design drawings with specifications shall be got approved from any IIT/NIT/State government college/ ASHRAE Certified Agency and shall be submitted to GE for approval before execurion of work. (b) The quoted rate inclusive of all equipments, controls wiring, switchgear, ducts complete refrigerant piping, hot water piping, make up water tank piping etc complete as specified and mentioned above with quantity as required at site and any other materials required for making the AC plant fully functional to satisfaction of Department. Quoted rate inclusive of 24 Hrs (Phase-I) testing and 72 Hrs (Phase-II) testing during Summer and monsoon complete through Sr IEM/ any testing Officer nominated by HQ CE (A&N) Zone through Accepting Officer. Provisional completion will be issued after completion of phase-I testing and an approx amount of 10% quoted rate will be kept reserve for phase-II testing. Final Completion and Final Bill shall be processed after successful completion of Phase-II testing.

(c) The quoted rate inclusive of all necessary foundations, structural steel for supporting of ducts, control wiring, control panel with switchgears, making good of disturbed surfaces such as flooring with tiles & mat, false ceiling etc complete. (d) The quoted rate inclusive of comprehensive maintenace of AC plant during defect liability period and the contractor shall depute servie engineer alongwith staff for preventive maintenace for minimum once on three months in addition to breakdown call complete and contractor shall keep one set of spares for emergency maintenance in order to avoid any breakdown of plant and ensuring 24x7 running of AC plant.

M&L for earthing with galavanised eath plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of ot less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32mmx6mm by means of GI welding made out of galavanised iorn mild steel and 40 mm dia GI pipe "medium grade" for protection of earth lead, 20 mm dia GI pipe "medium grade" for watering and earth plate surrounded by packed layer of coal and common salt, 15 cm thcik all around bottom and top, watering pipe of 20 mm bore of light grade with finel all as sown in elctrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board, transformer neutral and testing on completion as directed including earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, pre-cast reinforced cover with MS XPM Jalli, RCC 1:1.5:3 cover slab of size 300 x 300 x 100 mm with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar, wire mesh and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Cost of GI earth Strip and GI protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr length shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. (ii) The unit rate shall also includes for Wire mesh, funnel, excavation. returning & filling. PCC chamber pit, RCC cover & test point.

M&L for earthing with copper plate 60cm x 60cm x 3.15 mm thick electrode and 20x3mm copper strip as earthing lead, burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to 20x3mm copper strip as earthing lead by means of nuts, nolts and washers of steel after welding of copper strip to earth electrode to the full length of earth plate, GI medium grade pipe 25mm bore protection pipe upto test point, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering and earth plate surrounded by packed layer of coal and common salt, 15 cm thick all around bottom and top, watering pipe of 20 mm bore of light grade with funnel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board, transformer neutral and testing on completion as directed including earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, pre- cast reinforced cover with MS XPM Jalli, RCC 1:1.5:3 cover slab of size 300 x 300 x 100 mm with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar, wire mesh and testing complete all as specified and as directed. S&F in repair including laying and testing of LT UG cable, XPLE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium consuctor of size 3.5 core x 150 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work, DWC pipe for cable protection, GI pipe protection for road crossings will be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches in any type soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. Esc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables, foundations filling of poles or stays complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each all as required complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
