| 3.02Air handling unit (AHU) Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory built, floor mounted double skin DX type, Air handling unit (AHU) of minimum cap 34 TR of minimum cap 13600 CFM, SP 65 mm wg or as per OEM design -01 Nos complete with specifications and capacities as under:- (a) Panel construction and Casing as per OEM desing. (b) Panel: Panel shall be double construction, CFC free PUF insulation panel 25mm thick having density 40+ 2 Kg/ Cum. factory injected by injection moulding machine. Note for Item No 3.0 to 3.24:- (a) The quoted rate inclusive of designing the AC Plant including heat load calculation, duct design, diffusers, strip heating, refrigerant piping, controls etc complete as per ASHRAE standards. Duly completed design drawings with specifications shall be got approved from any IIT/NIT/State government college/ ASHRAE Certified Agency and shall be submitted to GE for approval before execurion of work. (b) The quoted rate inclusive of all equipments, controls wiring, switchgear, ducts complete refrigerant piping, hot water piping, make up water tank piping etc complete as specified and mentioned above with quantity as required at site and any other materials required for making the AC plant fully functional to satisfaction of Department. Quoted rate inclusive of 24 Hrs (Phase-I) testing and 72 Hrs (Phase-II) testing during Summer and monsoon complete through Sr IEM/ any testing Officer nominated by HQ CE (A&N) Zone through Accepting Officer. Provisional completion will be issued after completion of phase-I testing and an approx amount of 10% quoted rate will be kept reserve for phase-II testing. Final Completion and Final Bill shall be processed after successful completion of Phase-II testing.
(c) The quoted rate inclusive of all necessary foundations, structural steel for supporting of ducts, control wiring, control panel with switchgears, making good of disturbed surfaces such as flooring with tiles & mat, false ceiling etc complete. (d) The quoted rate inclusive of comprehensive maintenace of AC plant during defect liability period and the contractor shall depute servie engineer alongwith staff for preventive maintenace for minimum once on three months in addition to breakdown call complete and contractor shall keep one set of spares for emergency maintenance in order to avoid any breakdown of plant and ensuring 24x7 running of AC plant.
M&L for earthing with galavanised eath plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of ot less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32mmx6mm by means of GI welding made out of galavanised iorn mild steel and 40 mm dia GI pipe "medium grade" for protection of earth lead, 20 mm dia GI pipe "medium grade" for watering and earth plate surrounded by packed layer of coal and common salt, 15 cm thcik all around bottom and top, watering pipe of 20 mm bore of light grade with finel all as sown in elctrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board, transformer neutral and testing on completion as directed including earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, pre-cast reinforced cover with MS XPM Jalli, RCC 1:1.5:3 cover slab of size 300 x 300 x 100 mm with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar, wire mesh and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Cost of GI earth Strip and GI protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr length shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. (ii) The unit rate shall also includes for Wire mesh, funnel, excavation. returning & filling. PCC chamber pit, RCC cover & test point.

S&F in repair including laying and testing of LT UG cable, XPLE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium consuctor of size 3.5 core x 150 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work, DWC pipe for cable protection, GI pipe protection for road crossings will be measured and paid separately.
