Biennial contract for Operation and Maintenance of plasma based Waste Treatment System ASHER at Brindavan Waste processing Centre Anushaktinagar, Mumbai.

Operation and Maintenance of Waste Treatment System ''ECOWASTE ASHER A250ES ELECTRIC SMOKELESS” model of M/s. PAMARAI , Malaysia with 4 Gas Continuous Stack Emission Monitoring Analyser (SO2, NOx, CO, O2) and Conveyorized Waste Feeding Systems. The rate includes scope of work as follows : i) Operation of the machine for six days a week and 8 hours a day, to process waste including cost of labour, all consumables and all spare parts, pump motor spares, periodic maintenance etc all complete except water & electricity. Water & Electricity will be provided by department free of cost at site to operate the machine. ii) Maintenance of machine to keep in good working condition throught the contract period. iii) If the plant is not being operated on account of any reason on part of contractor, Rs. 20,000/- per day will be deducted from running / final bill. iv) Rate shall be inclusive of GST & all taxes as applicable. v) The rates shall be inclusive of third party quarterly testing of emitted gases (SO2, NOx, CO, O2) from stack of the machine. vi) The rates shall be inclusive of once in a year testing of dioxin and Furan from the stack of the machine.
