a) Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after throughly brooming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

b) Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Supplying fitting and fixing in position, reinforcement bars.. b) ISI approved SDTMT bar

Supplying fitting and fixing double leaf heavy duty iron gate, frame made from 40mmx40mmx600 M.S. angle and with M.S. flat of 40mmx6mm size as per approved design. Necessary locking arrangement for temporary closing the gate…………as specified.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint………………………….foreign matter. (i) Surface over 100mm in width or girth. (b) High gloss (Asian paint/ Berger paint).

Rep/Ren of School Building: (a) Removing white or colour wash by steel wire brushing and/ or scraping, sand papering and preparing the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete.

b) Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Providing corrugated galvenised Iron sheet roofing of TATA SHAKTEE / SAIL including fitting and fixing necessary galvenised J or L hooks, bolts and nuts ……………...purlin etc. (b) 0.50mm

Providing galvd iron ridging of TATA SHAKTEE / SAIL including supplying and fixing necessary galvd screws/washers etc. complete as directed. (a) 0.50mm thick (ii) 230mm lapping

Applying mordent solution of approved brand and manufacture on new C.I sheet for preparation of surfaces for painting @5.00 litre/100 sq. metre of surface and rubbing the solution with brush including thoroughly cleaning the surface of oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter.

Painting one coats on old G.C.I sheets with ready mixed anticorrosive paint of approved brand and shade suitable for painting over G.C.I sheets to give an even shade including the cleaning the rust patches with emery paper, dust ,dirt, grease and other foreign matter with water complete.

Raising low site around the building with approved soil obtained from outside by truck carriage including breaking clods, dressing etc. complete including paying necessary forest royelty, sales tax, land compensation, municipal gate fees…...........................and specified. (b) Other than Guwahati City.
