Supplying Fabricating, erecting and fixing Hilux (or) equivalent Gyp Board FALSE CELING upto a ceiling height of 4.50 m from floor level using Hilux board Plain sheet 10mm thick which includes shaped GI channels of size 25 x 25 x 0.50 mm thick suspended from ceilling at 1.20 m both longitudinal and cross vertical support and fixing shaped GI channels of size 50 x 30 x 0.50 mm and 150 x 10 x 0.50 mm thick at 0.60m centre longitudinal and cross difrection for vertical supports and fixing U shaped GI channels of size 50 x 30 x 0.50 mm thick and 50 x 10 x 0.50 mm thick at 0.60 m centre to centre in cross direction and respectively for horizantal supports of zig - zag pattern and fixing of Gyp board in the panel provided in the desing pattern given and sprating the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate shall be inclusive of finishing the edges and wall junctions with suitable lipping and cornice arrangements.

Supplying and Installing SS False Ceiling using Fire Retardant Galvanized Steel Sheet Plain lay in tile size 600mm x 600mm, 0.50mm thick, powder coated on external surface and shall have flange on all four sides to rest on the exposed grids. The system to give 600mm x 600mm centre to centre ‘T’. The ‘T’ shall be not be dipped GI Tee Section 3600mm long main Tee. 24mm wide and cross Tee panels are formed by running main runner of ‘T’ section of size 30mm x 24mm powder coated at bottom at intervals with powder coating at bottom. Necessary provision of inter locking of ‘T’ section are made at required intervals not exceeding 1200mm. The main runners are suspended from the ceiling by means of 4mm dia. GI rods fixed to the ceiling using anchor fasteners of 50mm x 8mm size with nylon inset and hooked to the main rubbers using clips. The last hangers at end of each rubber should not be greater than 600mm from the adjacent wall. The last panel shall be placed at the side wall using edge profile ‘L’ Angle of size 20mm x 20mm and fixed to the side wall the false ceiling should be fixed of same level and should present a neat look

Supplying, fabricating and fixing of Nurseing Station of various length, width 60cm and Height 76 cm from the floor level made of 18mm chemical treated anti termite plywood, KITPLY Company the exterior faces are covered with sundek laminated sheet, phasted with fevicol adhesive, drawers and cupboard are fixed with good quality hardware items, the rate including the cost of beading and fabrication with best approved quality as per standard specifications etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing of Reception arrangements with logo & Tamil Letters of size 9" in ACP fittings with Gold finish frame includes providing and installing with neccessary accessories etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The Letters with Accessories should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.
