M&L for gunniting exposed concrete surfaces of beam, column and slabs with one layer of conplast spray set modified concrete in proportion (50Kg cement 3 to 6mm granite chips 75 kg zonal sand 75 kg and complast 2% by weight of cement water 1 to the following locations :-

Providing & Fixing of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with ANF (Board) edge tiles with Armstrong 24mm exposed grid. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 90%, NRC 0.5, Light Reflectance ≥85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance UK Class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 15mm , suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 34%.The tile shall be laid on Armstrong Prelude38 with 24 mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 38mm and a load carrying capacity of 15.34Kgs/M2 & pull out strength of 100Kgs. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per M2 and need to be installed with Suspension system of Armstrong make. The Tile & Grid system used together should carry a 10 year warranty all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down ceiling board/tiles from aluminium snap grid frame work and refixing the same in the same position after necessary tightening the sagging portion, replacement of the Main Tees, cross Tees, angles, suspending if required, including bolts, necessary washer,nut/clits/pin hook etc for securing frame work to ceiling to the snap grid all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L in repair 12 mm thick perforated partical board for insulation and accoustic purposes, 60x60 cm size, fixed with GI imposed for timber grid frame work complete all as specified. Note:- frame work will be measured and paid separately

Taking down Chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sq. M each (Without taking off shutters from the frames)

M&L for preparation of steel surface and applying one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of Epoxy anticorrosive paint over 10 cm width or girth.

Cleaning of storage water tank of PVC/HDPE of 500 Ltrs capacity staged over RCC roof/floor slab or similar place inside /outside buildings by removing float valves carefully, thoroughly cleaning the walls, floor and ceiling of the tanks, mouths of pipes etc., removing the dirty water, sludge and other depositions to a distance not exceeding 50 metres as directed by Engineer-in-charge and removing remaining sludge/dirty water to make the tank totally dirt free and finally cleaning the water tank with fresh water till water becomes clear to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge and as specified in particular specifications and refixing of float valves all as specified and directed by Engineer-in –Charge

All as per above item 99.00 in above but water tank of capacity 2000 ltrs

Writing letters “TANK CLEANED ON DD MM YYYY” of not exceeding 7.5cm high each letter, painted with black letters on sufficient white back ground on external visible face of water tank with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Complete letters on each tank will be measured as one unit.

S & F in repairs Ball brass valves 15mm, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed.
