M & L for Cutting existing CI or steel tubing of any size for alterations or additions and screwing all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge

Comprehensive and preventive Maintenance of swimming pool and Backwash filter system when needed by qualified service technician every month (at least twice a week or as per directed by EIC) to the location to perform the following service (weather permitting): 1. Clean tile in pool (cleaning suntan oils and organic materials from tile- not mineral deposits). 2. Clean strainer basket (as needed). 3. Vacuuming, leaf mastering or leaf raking of the pool (as needed). 4. Chemical testing of pool and balancing water with chlorine and acid (as needed). 5. Complete water analysis. 6. Skim water surface . 7. Brush pool and walls of pool to make it clean and clear. 8. Care and maintenance of the filter equipment. 9. Elimination and control of an algae problem . 10. Refilling of chlorinator bucket and tubing adjustments . 11. Rainy day schedules shall consists only of chemical testing of the water, adding any necessary chemicals and checking the operation of all pool equipment.

M&L for dismantling the electric induction booster motor 3 phase 415 volt 50 HZ, 5 HP capacity and shifting to workshop for rewinding with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge of approved quality including varnishing including replacement of Bearing & bush as per site and refixing at existing for swimming pool including connection, commissioning and testing complete, including transportation. Note: (i) Transportation charges are deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii)Replacement of any unservecable /defective part is alsoincluded in quoted rate. (iii) If booster motor pump becomes unserviceable due to any reason during the contract period ,the contractor will get it repair or replaced at no extra cost .

M&L for repairing and testing swimming pool of booster motor pump 5 HP of make- pentair and any type including welding work, turning, re-metaling of shaft bush bearing, key and other such accessories etc required to make pump functional and testing on load complete all as specified and as directed Note: (i) Transportation charges and charges for dismantling & reconnecting electric cable etc deemed to be included in quoted rates. Testing of Water Samples for Chemical, bacteriological & metal analysis as mentioned below from User end and from the nearest point of OHT tank or as directed by Engineer-in-charge during delivery time for each month complete all as specified and as directed with following parameters:- (a) PH, (b) Specific Conductivity, (c) Free Chloride (CL), (d) Total Harness as Ca CO₃, (e) Iron as (FE), (f) Arsenic (AS), (g) Total dissolved solids , (h) Coliform, (i) E. Coli , (j) Colour, (k) Odour, (l) Taste, (m) Floride, (n) TDS, (o) Turbidity. NOTE: (a) Sample of Water for the above media test are to collected in transparent sterlized container/Jar/bottle (to be arranged by contractor) separately for each test against each pump houses. (Hygienically clean bottles) and proper sealing shall be done by contractor. (b) Sample of water to be collected before and after treatment shall be forwarded to Govt Lab approved & NABL accredited Lab for testing within spitulated time frame. No Extra payment shall done for transportation charges.

M&L for disconnecting the electric and water pipe connections for lifting/taking out the column pipe of any dia from the bore well upto a depth of 90 meters and including submersible cable, SWR rope, submersible pump and motor of any capacity and size for carrying out the necessary repair work and lowering the pumpset motor alongwith column pipe, submersible cable, SWR rope after repair and connecting electric and water pipe connection as per existing etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Contractor shall take proper precautions while taking out and lowering pump set in bore well so as to avoid any damage to column pipe and submersible cable. All necessary T&P and equipments required fo taking out and lowering of pump set etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (ii) Rates quoted by the contractor for the above item includes the cost of assembling & connecting pump set to column pipes & assembling, jointing and fixing column pipes / pump sets / submersible cable and making necessary connections and testing including reconnecting water supply system. The required materials like column pipe / submersible cable/ pump sets etc (new / old ) shall be provided by the department to contractor for fixing and lowering in bore wells.

M&L for transporting the submersible motor / pump of any make and capacity to the workshop, opening of the motor after unscrewing nuts, bolts and washers, checking the serviceability of windings, electrically and manually, and transporting back to the existing site from workshop after carrying out the repair work, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rewinding of fresh water Submersible motor by taking out burnt copper winding, cleaning the casing & slots with wire brush & washing with pressure water & shall be dried , rewinding the motor using required gauge of super enameled copper winding wire, including replacement of thrust plate , thrust block housing , bush, sleeves. Making the winding leak proof & taking out the electric connection with suitable size of submersible cable up to 07 Meter, Capacity of motor 10 HP to 15 HP complete all as specified and as directed..Note :- The rate quoted shall be deemed to include all necessary spare parts required to make the system serviceable during the contract period. (ii) If the motor becomes damaged or unserviceable due to any reason during the contract period, the contractor will get it repaired.

After development and achieving required result pipe and connected items shall be taken out from the bore well and removed sand shall be removed from the pump house building in all respect complete all as specified and as directed.
