Material and labour XLPE insulated (Earthed) , screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables(heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade,3 core, cross sectional area 95 sq.mm including inspection and testing complete all as specified & directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for laying UG cable in trenches etc and getting out in hard/dense/soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 1.00 here in before but depth above 1.5 m & below 3 m

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose/hard/dense soil complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for river sand cushioning to underground cable including punning down of thickness as per SSR Pt-I in layer complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushion after punning down i.e 18 cm shall be measured for payment

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping / pedestal of poles including necessary formwork complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover , class , HVP , Type I flat size 300 x 180 x 40 mm thick factory made laid dry in trenches over under ground cables complete the manufacturer certificate of PCC cover shall be submitted to AO before procurement of cable cover all as specified & directed.

Supplying, Erecting and fixing in replacement Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) including black painting around pole up to 2 mtrs from base plate and silver paint 2 coats over on red oxide paint and providing radium strip 100 mm gap at a distance 1.2 mtrs from the gound level. Including pole numbers with radium strip in white colour over on 200 mm dia blue radium strip. The letter size as complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified & directed.

S&F cable route indicator for HT11KV UG cable shall be made of cast iron of size 150mm dia 8 mm thick and embossed 5mm thick arrow mark and HT 11 KV with cast iron on route indicator incuding angle iron of size 75x75x6mm. the route indicator shall be welded on MS angle including Red paint over on red oxide paint and including excavation / removal and return filling and complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & lay 80mm dia bore GI tubing light grade in protection of cable at road crossing /hard standing/pole protection fixed with clamps as per site requirement etc all as specified including taking down U/S one complete all as specified & directed.

Cutting the existing road straight by manual, depth and width not less than 1 mtr below ground level for passing of underground cable and filling back with excavated soil upto 75% road portion and 25% shall be made with cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate stone complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including Double wall corrogated(DWC) HDPE duct pipe of 120mm outer dia and 103 inner diamm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer & including taking down old unsv, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and install HT 11KV outdoor type triple pole mechanically operated, mounted on 15 insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 Amp including explusion fuses for 11000 volts and locking arrangement of 12 insulators complete with drop out fuse assy and HRC fuses of required rating complete all as specified & directed. Earthing (OH/Sub station) with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x6 mm hick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to main earth lead GI strip 32 mmx6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES Schedule Part I 1991, GE earth lead protected by GE pipe 40 mm dia light grade, providing and connected to earth test point with & including necessary excavation & earth works in any type of soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil to 50 metre, filing with mixture of charcoal and common salt upto 15 cm above top edge of earth plate, pit of PCC 1:2:4 with precast cover of RCC 1:2:4, watering arrangement with GI funnel, 20 mm dia GI light grade watering pipe, earth test point, commissioning & testing complete all as specified & directed.. ( Note : Main earth lead beyond 7.5 metre measured and paid for separately.)

S & F Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20 cm size complete all as specified & directed.
