Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. at any position, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description (including padding on roof) and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing debris out side MD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

M&L plastering 20 mm thick in two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix plaster, make as approved by GE having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing, with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency etc. as per manufacturers instructions on brick masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thick and finishing coat of 8 mm thick final rendering, including using richer mix and also include making grooves of existing size wherever required, cleaning the surfaces, curing and other necessary scaffolding height upto 20 Mtr and safety arrangement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L plastering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brickwok or concrete surfaces of wall using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix plaster including application of damp proofing chemical of Dr. Fixit or M/s Krishna Conchem or Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd or other approved make all as approved by GE, complete all as per manufacturer instructions including necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L cement plaster 10 mm thick as in ceiling in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix plaser including application of damp proofing chemical of Dr. Fixit or M/s Krishna Conchem or Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd or other approved make all as approved by GE, complete all as per manufacturer instructions including necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L two coat of acrylic paint exterior grade (100% Acrylic) over a one coat of primer including prepartion of newly plasterd surfaces of walls etc all specified on external surfaces and also include necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement upto 20mtrs height, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of 1mm thick wall putty, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L providing water proofing treatment with five layered 4mm thick APP (atactic polypropylene) modified bituminous members reinforced with non woven polyester mat of weight 180 gms/sqm as center core and without multiple layers of polyethene, finished on top and bottom with 7 micron thick flammable polytheylene, applied by thermofusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of membrene after applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 kg/sqm over roof (an overlap of 100mm & 150mm shall be provided on side and ends respectively), including carrying out watertightness test in case of RCC slab at a height upto 20 mtrs complete all as manufacturer instructions and including necessary scaffolding and all safety arrangements etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L providing cment concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing compound ( (WPC shall be measured and paid separately), 50mm thick as in padding in two layer of 25 mm with chicken wire mesh 0.90mm dia laid between two layers and 12x12 mm aperature. Top surface of PCC Pading shall be finished even and smooth without using extra cement but with false groove at 300 x 300 mm centre to centre, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and application of Sealant Ottoseal S 70 Premium silicone at the junction of the windows, sky lit roof, wall-floor tile joint, expansion joint, crumple joint etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
