| 4.10Note for Item No 01 to 04 :- (a) Contractor has to get sample approval within seven days from issue of work order and has to deposit 50% of material in MES store within 10 days from approval of samples by accepting officer. The makes of material shall be as per E-in-C's approved list. (b) Material will be issued to contractor by the concerned JE as per day to day site requirement at the time of execution of work. (c) The site will be provided by the users considering flying operations as work services will be carried out in manoeuvring area / Runway. Contractor can be asked to deploy his labour alongwith supervisor on short notice of time for urgent repairs on runway to carryout safe flying operation. Nothing extra will be paid to contractor on account. (d) The contractor shall quote rates considering all above points (e) Sealing compound & primer shall be of same make. | |||||
