Application of OM 750 Oil on 20 nos of Cargo LSHSD tanks to be undertaken. Application of OM 750 Oil to be carried out under supervision of Paint manufacturer. Paint OEM shall be arranged by CSL.

01 Cargo AVCAT tank to be 100 % abrasive blasted to SA 2.5 standards (material vendors scope).

Application of Paint - 2 coats (150 microns each coat) for the 01 nos of AVCAT tank to be carried out.

Application of Paint - 3 coats (100 microns each coat) for the 03 nos of Fresh water tanks to be carried out.

Providing and fixing in position powder coated aluminium single leaf door with outer frames vertical styles & top horizontal member of size 50mm x 45mm x 2mm, bottom horizontal member of size 100mm x 45mm x 2mm of superior quality powder coated aluminium sections panelled with 5mm thick plain glass fixed with EPDM beading between panel and aluminium frame on all faces and glass fixed at a height of 1m from the top. Bottom half with 8mm thick particle board of height 1.2m from bottom frame including cost and labour charges for all materials and fixing etc., complete. The door is to be provided with 1no. door lock, 2 nos anodized aluminium handles 150mm or nearest size one on each face of door shutter, 1no of door closer of approved make.

Providing and fixing in position half glazed partition using 63.5x38.10x2mm thk.or nearest available size powder coated aluminium rectangular sections of approved quality and shade panelling with 2 mm thk. hylam board and 5mm thk froasted glass fixed with necessary EPDM beading including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour etc.complete.

Supplying and fixing/replacing Marine plywood to the doors/partitions/floors etc including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, all incidentals etc. Complete.

Providing & fixing in position manually operated Vertical Blinds of approved shade and colour with good quality fabric including cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour, other incidentals etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 600x450 mm beveled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6 mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers complete.

Providing and fixing in position PVC False ceiling upto 5m height to line and level with following specifications: Ceiling- PVC moulded multi wall section,360cmx30cmx8mm or nearest available size(Jeno from syntex or equivalent)of approved colour fixed with self tapping screws to Aluminium section. Inter section-Aluminium channel section of size 38mm x25mmx1.5mm or nearest available size at 600mm centre to centre connected with supporting inter section to existing purlin/truss in line and level. Supporting Inter section -20mmx20mmx 0.60 mm or nearest available size GI angle connecting aluminium section to purlin/truss. Joint profile -PVC joint profile 20mm or nearest available size at 180cm centre to centre fixed with self tapping screws. Cornice - PVC cornice 25mm or nearest available size fixed along walls using screws .The rates including cost of all materials and labour other incidentals etc complete.All are directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
