Construction of cremation ground on the land reserved for cremation ground in village Bhaira of development block Mahroni of Legislative Assembly Mahroni, District Lalitpur

Clearing jungle including up rooting of trunk vegetation grass bush wood trees and sapling of girth upto 30cm. Measured at a height of 1 meter above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m. outside the periphery of area cleared as per SI.No. 2.31

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil as per SI.No. 2.8.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) As per SI no. 4.1.8

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level in :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as SI No-5.1.2

Centering and shuttering including stutting, propping etc. and removal of form. Foundation as per SI- 5.9.1 Foundation footing base of cloumns etc for mass cont.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete. (Under Floor) as per SI.No. 2.25 (a)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone ) finished with floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. 40 mm thick floor 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate. As SI No. 11.3.1

Brick work with common burnt clay bricks of M-150 Class in super structure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand ) as per SI no 6.4.2

12 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 ( 1 cement & 4 coarse sand ) per IS 13.4.1

15 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 ( 1 cement & 4 coarse sand ) per IS 13.5.1

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) as per Sl no. -13.46.1

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacturer,over the plasterd wall surface even and smooth surface as per Sl no. -13.80

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. 10.16

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture as per Sl no. -13.62.1

Earth work in cutting or in Filling in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 meter in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers, including ramming & dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m lift and 30m lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making filling or to be deposited as spoil banks with in 30 m distance as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Moorum filling including supply of necessary quantity of moorum from a distance not exceeding from the site of work and including watering, dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work (rate is including Royality)

Cement Concrete work with 40mm gauge stone ballast, sand and Cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in Foundation including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work. For 1.0 Cum

Providing & Laying of polythene sheet 125 micron thick before laying the C.C. road slab for making separation with base coat concrete and prevention of pumping I/c all complete as per directed by Engineer in charge.

Cement Concrete with cement ,approved coarse sand and 20 mm gauge stone grit in proportion of 1:2:4 for CC road pavement slab I/c stationary forms placed to hold concrete & consolidate with vibrators and finishing and micro texturing on road surface by transverse tinning with broom I/c all required for proper completion of work as directed by engineer in charge

Construction of Contraction Joint, Construction Joint & Expansion Joint, as per of direction of E/I

Supply and fixing of Sign Board/Caution Board showing information about site etc, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper comletion of work.
