| 1 | Server in HCI | 1 "Physical Server Nodes in Hyper Converged Envoirnment. Each server config 2 x 24 Cores Intel CPUs with 2.2 Ghz Clock or higher, 384GB RAM per node, Total Usable Capacity using all flash across the cluster = 31TB without considering any data saving techniques like Deduplication & Compression. Should be configured to withstand 1 node failure without any data loss. SFP+ Quad Network controller and along with license Hyper-visor, Server Virtualisation and Software Defined Storage. The HCI Solution should be configured to deliver 70:30 Read/Write ratio with 8Kb/16Kb Block size. The proposed HCI Solution should be a integrated HCI Appliance where the hardware and software comes installed, integrated and tested. The complete HCI Solution which includes the Hardware (Servers & Switches), Software (Hypervisor & SDS) and hosted VMs should be manageable. OEM should release a single patch and offer one click upgrade for of entire appliance consisting of Compute, SDS and Hypervisor. Solution should be offered with L1 and L2 support from the single OEM for the complete HCI Solution Stack for minimum of three years.i.e Compute, Network, SDS, Hypervisor and Management layer. The support for the overall HCI solution should be provided by a single OEM. AIIMS Bhatinda will not reach out to Hardware and Software vendors individually for support. In case any additional or 3rd party solution needs to be added then the same should be provisioned form day one.
The hypervisor and SDS layer should be provided with below features:
* Automatic failover of VMs to different physical node in case of a node failure
* Snapshots
* Capable of Remote Replication for DR
* Single management for both hardware & software components of HCI
* Policy based management
* Quality of Service to attain specific performance for few critical VMs"
The solution to be configured with of certified L3 switches for interconnectivity (ToR - Top of Rack) 10Gbps Ethernet switch. Each switch should have minimum 12 x 10Gpbs SFP+ Ports and 2 x 40Gpbs Optical ports for uplink connectivity

1 b) JBOSS Application Servers (Each Server with 12 Cores, 64GB RAM & Min 250 Gb Storage - Virtual Servers)

2 Solution should be proposed along with a integrated built backup appliance with minimum 8TB Usable capacity or higher. Should consume rackspace of 4U or less. Should have features like deduplication,compression, backup,recovery, data replication, instant access and restore, search & analytics, cloud readiness with disaster recovery and long-term retention to the cloud.
3 Solution should be proposed along with a NAS Storage configured with min 20TB or higher Usable Capacity using NL-SAS Drives on RAID6. The storage should have minimum 8 Cores of Intel Xeon processor with 32GB RAM or higher and 4 x 10Gbps SFP+ Ports with access for NFS, CIFS/SMB protocols.
