M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling.surface all as specified.

M&L for Rendering in CM 1:6, 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces all as specified and directed.

M & L prepation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for applying one coats of distemper oil emulsion on old decorated surfaces of wall including preparation of wall all as specified and as directed directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling.surface all as specified.

Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Supply only 5.5mm sheet glass, ordinary quality , exc 0.5 sqm in each glass all as specified and directed.

Supply only stainless steel wire cloth 00.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless stell wire staples.

Removal of debris/building material out side the campus including loading and unloading, etc to a distance exc 5Km but n exc 10 km out side the MD land complete all as specified and directed. M&L for earth coninuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to pole or any other indicated situation or for loop earthing complete of copper strip size 32x6 mm fixed by using and including suitable size of porcelain insulators in such a manner that strip can be separeted from the wall.

M&L for trussed(Framed), Purlins, rails and fastening and heavy bracket framing(Beam, Teem angle, channel or lat section) Fe 410W (Gde E-250 Quality A) including disance pieces, cleats for making suiatble size wall mounted stand for isolation transformer complete grouted in wall and making good the distrubed surfaces of wall to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Powder coated aluminium grill (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer- in-charge

S&F 12mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing with white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work or equivalent all as specified.
