S&F for submain wiring complete with two runs of 4.0 sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated but unsheathed cabel 1100 volts grade drawn through and including PVC conduit (External) heavy duty 20mm dia including necessary conduit accessories and fittings surface in wall/ceiling etc including sealing threaded joints in conduit accessories with teflon tape including 4.0 sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated but unsheathed cabel 1100 volts grade as earth wire. Note : All runs of cables and 1 run of conduit shall be measured and paid as one metre length of unit.

M & L for Earthing complete with copper earth electrode 60×60cm ×3mm burried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including copper strip of size 20x3 mm by means of nut, bolt, check nut and washer etc made of copper alloy and connection to test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earth work in any type of soil/ strata PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 in chamber, precast 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 with CI frame, funnel, GI Pipe 20 mm bore medium grade for watering and 40 mm bore GI Pipe middium grade for protection and test point complete . Note:- (i) Copper strip 20 x 3 mm including GI pipe upto 7.5 mtr length shall be deemed to include in this items rate. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost by the contactor.

S&F Copper Strip 20x3. mm with Saddles and fixing Screws for Roof/ Earth Conductors and Down Conductors above Ground complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : All Joints should be joined by Brazing

M & L for dismentling of serviceable Split indoor and outdoor units of AC and shifting to new proposed location without damaging any part of the AC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting holes into or through cement concrete slabs, chajjas, etc. reinforced or otherwise and making good surface complete all as specified and directed. (Thickness of wall 25 cm)

M&L for installation of split indoor and outdoor units received from item No 1 above, with wall stand etc and charging of gas including testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Chemical earthing complete with plate 90x60cmx5mm thick copper plate electrode buried direct in ground vertically not less than 4.70 mtrs deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 3.60 mtrs deep below ground level earth pit size should be 1600mmx1600mmx5000mm with connected to copper strip of size 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolt nut and brazing , check nut and washer all as directed to test point including necessary excavation and earth work (in any type of strata ) and providing alternate compacted layer of 100mm each of charcoal , common salt , magnesium sulphate and all around the plate in continuous layers upto 1.80m height from bottom and below 3.20 m from top as per drg attached & balance pit will be filled with vegetable soil up to ground level including watering pipe GI medium grade of 25 mm dia and 50 mm dia pipe medium grade for earth strip protection up to 7.5 mtr , PCC type C1 chamber , cast iron chamber frame , heavy duty funnel and RCC pit cover all as directed . Copy of drg attached. Note:-(i) Copper strip 32X6 mm including GI tubing 50mm dia beyond 7.5 mtr length shall be paid separatly (ii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost by the contactor.

S&F Galvanised Iron Tubing/Pipe 40mm bore (dia), light grade for Strip Protection, fixed in Walls/Floors with suitable type of Clamps etc.,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F earthing pit identifier / marker having tringular plate of base 30 cm & vertical height of 20 cm for equipment earthing pit and writing letters e.g. EQ 1/10 mounted on 25 mm dia GI pipe medium grade project 60 cm above the ground and embeded suitably in concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B2 of size 20 cm x 20 cm x30 cm. The identifier & Earthing pit cover shall be painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer and writing letter e.g. EQ 1/10 on the plate and earth pit cover all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Test Point Terminal Block made of Gun Metal or Phosphorus Bronze size 75x75x 25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 No. 8mm dia, 25mm long hexagonal Head Screw , complete all as per specified and as directed.
