Shelves of size 485mm x 920mm made with 1mm thick MS sheet

Set of Shutters made out of 1mm thick PBI sheet.

Removing the dents and bends and welding as required and preparing the old painted surface by smoothening with emery paper and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality with spray gun on EXTERNAL SURFACE of almirah complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the dents and bends including welding as required and preparing the old painted surface by smoothening with emery paper and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality with spray gun on INTERNAL SURFACE of almirah large including shelves complete all as specified and directed.

ALMIRAH MEDIUM/ SMALL WITH SHELVES STEEL (FD-1032/ FD-243) Removing the following unserviceable parts from ALMIRAH MEDIUM/ SMALL WITH SHELVES STEEL and supply and fix new components all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed:-

Shelves of size 440mm x 765mm made out of 1mm thick MS sheet.

Set of Shutters made out of 1mm thick PBI sheet.

Removing the dents and bends and welding as required and preparing the old painted surface by smoothening with emery paper and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality with spray gun on EXTERNAL SURFACE of almirah complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the dents and bends including welding as required and preparing the old painted surface by smoothening with emery paper and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality with spray gun on INTERNAL SURFACE of almirah including shelves complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/ servicing of lever set of almirah large/ medium and small as specified and directed.

Removing damaged legs from ALMIRAH LARGE /ALMIRAH LARGE 1/2H x 1/2S STEEL/ ALMIRAH MEDIUM/ SMALL STEEL and supply and fix new legs of size 440mm x 100mm made out of 1mm thick MS sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

Removing un-serviceable lock from almirah and supply and fix new Lock brass 6 lever with two keys and key hole plate complete all as directed.

Removing un-serviceable handle from ALMIRAH LARGE/ ALMIRAH LARGE 1/2H x 1/2S STEEL/ ALMIRAH MEDIUM/ SMALL and supply and fix new handle complete all as directed.

Supply and fix clamp including nut & bolt complete for ALMIRAH all as directed.

CHAIR CB STEEL WITH ARMS (FD-75(M))

Removing existing unserviceable seat and back, cleaning the rebated portion and welding wherever required, smoothening with emery paper and painting the chair completely with synthetic enamel paint and providing 04 Nos hard rubber/ PVC shoes and 02 Nos PVC bush complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix new seat frame of size 480mm x 350mm/ 440mm x 380mm/ 460mm x 360mm made out of 2nd class hardwood painted in black colour and duly caned with 1.8mm thick plastic cane and border with 3.5mm cane plastic complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

Supply and fix new back rest frame of size 480mm x 350mm/ 440mm x 380mm/ 460mm x 360mm made out of 2nd class hardwood painted in black colour and duly caned with 1.8mm thick plastic cane and border with 3.5mm cane plastic complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

Removing existing unserviceable hand rest and supply and fix new hand rest made out of 2nd class hardwood duly painted in black colour all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

CHAIR CB STEEL WITHOUT ARMS (FD-75(M))

Removing existing unserviceable seat and back, cleaning the rebated portion and welding wherever required, smoothening with emery paper and painting the chair completely with synthetic enamel paint and providing 04 Nos hard rubber/ PVC shoes and 02 Nos PVC bush complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix new back rest frame of size 380mm x 380mm/ 410mm x 440mm made out of 2nd class hardwood painted in black colour and duly caned with 1.8mm thick plastic cane and border with 3.5mm cane plastic complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

CHAIR VERANDAH (FD-256)

Removing the unserviceable cane plastic from chair and welding wherever required, smoothening with emery paper and painting the chair completely with synthetic enamel paint and providing 04 Nos PVC shoes complete all as specified and directed.

Re-canning with 3.5mm wide plastic cane all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed.

LOCKER STEEL (FD-1029) Removing the following existing unserviceable parts of locker steel and supply and fix new components all as specified, shown on the drawing and as directed:-

Shelves made out of 1mm thick PBI sheet and fixed with numbers MS clamps.

Chromium plated steel handles 100mm long

75mm long chromium plated hasp & staple welded to locker.

MS hinges (as approved by GE) fixed by welding.

Legs made of MS Sheet 1mm thick. (One pair considered as one unit).

Removing the dents and bends and welding as required and preparing the old painted surface by smoothening with emery paper and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality with spray gun on all surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable table top with new top made out of 18/ 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade of approved quality and shade with 4mm thick teak wood beading alround the top duly French polished complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

M&L for welding to legs and any parts of steel portion wherever required and smoothening the surfaces with emery paper and applying one coat of synthetic enamel black paint of approved quality and providing 4 No. hard rubber shoes complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable table top with new top made out of 18/ 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade of approved quality and shade with 4mm thick teak wood beading alround the top duly French polished complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

M&L for welding to legs and any parts of steel portion wherever required and smoothening the surfaces with emery paper and applying one coat of synthetic enamel black paint of approved quality and providing 4 hard rubber shoes complete all as shown on drawing.

Top made out of 18mm thick Pre-laminated particle board of size 450mm x 230mm with natural teak veneer on one side and white shade on the other, alongwith 4mm thick French polished teak wood edging alround the top complete.

Side made out of 18/ 19mm thick pre-laminated teak wood veneered particle board exterior grade natural teak shade with French polished teak wood edging complete.

Back side 450mm x 550mm made of 6mm thick commercial plywood.

Drawer having front made out of 18/ 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board natural teak shade on one side and white shade on the other side with French polished teak wood edging and remaining sides made out of 12mm thick commercial plywood and bottom with 6mm thick commercial plywood duly fixed with 100mm long powder coated mild steel handle complete all as specified and directed.

Handle 100mm long mild steel powder coated.

M&L removing the dents and bends and welding as required and preparing the old painted surface by smoothening with emery paper and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and providing 4 No. hard rubber shoes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L removing the existing unserviceable table top and supply and fix new table top made out of pre-laminated particle board 18mm thick with natural teak shade on one side and white shade of approved quality on the other side duly provided with 4mm thick teak wood beading all around the top duly French polished complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed.

M&L for replacement old unserviceable drawer with new drawer made to shape and size with 1mm thick PGI sheet including repairing the sliding surface of the drawer by smoothening the portion, denting/ welding the portions as required complete all as specified, shown on the drawing and as directed.

M&L removing the unserviceable locks and supply and fix new brass lock with 4 levers with duplicate keys alongwith key hole plate all as directed.

S&F top made with 18/19mm pre-laminated particle board with 4mm thick teak wood edging alround duly French polished complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed.
