Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fible, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation board/ slabs /blankets, any thickness, including frame (upto any height). Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing at any places of wall panelling (upto heights upto 5.80 mtr) and fixing on frame work grid with glasswool according to following specifiacation wool Gypserra™ C-stud Wall Lining with Fultone 12.5 mm Tile includes 34x48x36x0.5mm Gypserra™ C-stud {Material-IS 513, Y/S-300Mpa, Finish - AZ150 (IS 15961)} placed at 297.5mm c/c in 32x50x32x0.5mm Gypserra™ floor and ceiling channel {Material-IS 513,Y/S-300Mpa, Finish - AZ150 (IS 15961}. Floor & Ceiling channel is anchored to the floor & True ceiling using Gyproc® Rawl plug Ø8x45mm {Material-IS 513 CR1 grade, Zinc coating, Pull Out Load-6.8kN for M30 concrete grade} /Hilti X-GN20MX anchor fasteners at 600mm c/c in center line manner. 50x32x32x0.5mm Gypserra™ floor channel to be cut & bend & bracing at every 1200mm c/c vertically. Floor channel is cut-bend & fixed to brick wall with Hilti HPS-1 (Ø6x40mm) Impact anchor. Floor channel to be wrapped with 70µ Self Adhesive LDPE moisture barrier film to further improve corrosion resistance performance. (Description of the item contd.. on serial item No 2.01)

A Gypserra™ noggin channel {Material-IS 513, Y/S-300Mpa, Finish - AZ150 (IS 15961)} of 48x0.5mm width has to be provided at the horizontal joints of the two boards. Then Resin bonded glass wool of 24kg/M3 and 50mm thick is placed between the studs and noggin channels, for NRC 0.85 -0.88. Saint Gobain Gyproc Single layer of 12.5mm Fultone 12.5mm Tile (meets requirement of specification mentioned under DAR no. 12.52.4 in Delhi Schedule of rates (DSR)), of size 595x595mm having four squared edges, 18% perforation area of board & hole size of 9.7mm square shape with center borders of 48mm and side borders of 30mm, backed with non-woven tissue, to be screw fixed with Gyproc® Drywall screws of 25mm at minimum spacing of 300mm at center and 150mm at periphery. Finally edges are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Gyproc® Pro Fill Jointing Compound Air Dry (Conforms to AST) . The ceiling board fissured visual with acoustical punctures, Humidity Resistance NRC 0.5 (Average value of Absorption Co-efficient readings taken at 250 Hz, 500 Hz, 1000 Hz and 2000 Hz) as per ASTM C-423 standard, CAC of 30db as per ASTM E1414, Light Reflectance ≥85% as per ASTM E-1477, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 W/mK, Colour Global White, Fire Performance of class 0/1 as per BS 476 Part 6/7 and Class A as per ASTM E84 with 15mm Tegular 15 BE edge and 8mm drop in module size of 600 x 600mm. suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of up to 30%. Note : (iii) INSTALLATION: To comprise main runner spaced at 1200mm securely fixed to the structural soffit using KCS suspension system (specifications above) at 1200mm maximum. The First/Last KCS suspension system at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall along with the first and the last main beam shall be at less than 600mm from the wall. Flush fitting 1200mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm to form 1200 x 600 mm module. Cut cross tees longer than 600mm require independent support. 600 x 600mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the 1200 mm cross tees. Perimeter trim to be KCS wall angles of size 3000x19x19mm, secured to walls using screws at 450mm centre to centre maximum. Installation shall be carried out as per KCS recommended procedure. KCS SUSPENSION SYSTEM accessories supplied by KCS consisting of M6 Anchor Fasteners with hanger hole, pre-straightened hanger wire of dia – 2.5 mm of 1.80 m length having a tensile strength of 344-413 MPa and a minimum loading strength of 110 kgs. M & L for applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint including primer on old painted surfaces of wall of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projections rubbing and scrapping with sand paper/ grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and applying minimum 1mm to 2mm thick wall care INTERIOR/ PUTTY over prepared surface to achieve the surface even and smooth for painting, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 12mm thick Plywood, grade BWP, type BB fixed with screws to timber frame work. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L second class hard-wood (wrought) in framed work. Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old treated Wooden or Wood based surfaces of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation of New wooden or previously untreated surfaces of any description , not otherwise description, over 10 cm width or girth apply two coat of synthetic enemel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of pink primer complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking down copper /aluminum point wiring (light, fan, bell, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches , ceiling roses , pendent , regulators, sockets, removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at same site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed at site.

Taking down ceiling fan/ exhaust fan/ wall fan of any sweep after disconnecting all necessary electrical connections from ceiling rose to fan, fan blades and deposit to MES store yard of AGE E/M complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old/unserviceable distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPN DBs/TPN DBs/ Main Switch including old unserviceable MCCBs/ MCBs, Isolators, etc and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminum Sub main wiring of any size from surface/concealed /existing conduit of any height and removing materials at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully recessed light fitting 225mm/175mm from POP ceiling without disturbing the ceiling and keeping in safe custody for reuse complete all as specified and directed. Note:- any damage during taking down wl be rectified by the contractor at his own arrangement . The item shall be stored in neat and tidy place. A penalty of Rs 500/- per fitting shall be deducted for any minor damages if any . Major damage is caused would be replaced by the contractor at his own cost .

Taking down care fully recessed light fiiting 2 feet x 2 feet from sand model rooms ( min height 11 mtr) from aluminium grid ceiling without disturbing the ceiling and keeping in safe custody for reuse complete all as specified and directed. Note:- any damage during taking down wl be rectified by the contractor at his own arrangement . The item shall be stored in neat and tidy place . A penalty of Rs 1500/- per fitting shall be deducted for any minor damages if any . Major damage is caused wl be replaced by the contractor at his own cost.

M&L for removing carefully modular metal flush box of any module incl cover plate and cover frames from existing wall by cutting and refixing the same in a level as per the placement of aquostic wall panelling , refixing all items obtained from taking down ( item no 17 ) such as switches , sockets, fan regulator , ceiling rose complete incl refixing cover plate and frame incl making good disturbed surface of wall by cement plastering , putty finishing to match with the existing surfaces all as spopecified and directed. Note :A penalty of Rs 90/- per iem shall be deducted for any minor damages if any . Major damage is caused would be replaced by the contractor at his own cost .

Note: the height of ceiling is minimum 11 mtr . Any damage caused during refixing shall be rectified by the contractor also deemed to be included in the quoted rate .

Note: The rate of removing and refixing of GI cable tray shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate of contractor .

M&L for refixing ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep obtained from taking down( Item no 02) incl connecting up with ceiling rose and connector of fan with new twin core 1.5 sqmm wire complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for refixing exhust fan 450mm/300 mm sweep obtained from taking down( Item no 18.00) incl connecting up with ceiling rose and connector of fan with new twin core 1.5 sqmm wire complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for refixing wall fan 400 mm sweep obtained from taking down( Item no18.00) incl connecting up complete all as specified and directed .
