Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' Bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

-Ditto- All as per sl item No 2 above but in any radius in half brick wall.

M&L in replacement for 70mm thick, size 1200x600mm manhole cover with frame manufactured with M-30 grade of concrete by Vibro Compaction process using accurately designed molds and aa suitable reinforced to enable the covers to take load as specified i.e 20 MT for Heavy duty (when tested as per IS-12592).

M&L in replacement for 70mm thick, size 1100x550mm manhole cover with frame manufactured with M-30 grade of concrete by Vibro Compaction process using accurately designed molds and aa suitable reinforced to enable the covers to take load as specified i.e 20 MT for Heavy duty (when tested as per IS-12592).

M&L for providing 60 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 by using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping or similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes of 300 mm bore including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for 300 mm bore Reinforced concrete hume pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, mould, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 by using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 by using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to brick/concrete wall surfaces finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) with water proofing compound at the rate of 3% by weight of cement or as per the manufacturer’s instructions on external fair face of brick work or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for separately

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper to newly plastered wall surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing the new surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on new surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of cement based paint on new surfaces of walls over a coat of white wash including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3kg of cement per square metre, top layer 12mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 white cement:1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the white marble stone chippings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Payment for providing grooves shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 by using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintel level upto 1.5 mtr bed blocks, benching and like including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including cut of bars as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and like including finished surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for MS TMT bar 8 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia and conforming to Fe 500 or Fe 550D complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rough finished surfaces of concrete form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, chajja, shelves including supports complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair for plain aluminium sheeting 0.71 alloy 31000H4 in crumple joint stepped flashing fixed with rawl plugs in brick wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair stop valve of 20 mm bore (for iron pipe) cast copper alloy, screwed down high pressure with crutch and butterfly handle screwed both ends including fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Low density PVC 50mm dia bore (LDPE) pipe of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 fixed to walls including all fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description not exceeding 15cm thick (before or above GL) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Notes: The amount of Rs 109010.00 against schedule of credit given on Tender Serial Page No 28 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted by the contractor against BOQ while deriving the contract sum for acceptance.
