Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 mtr. Transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with lead upto 5.00 kms as per Technical Specification clause 301.5

Granular Sub Base (GSB

Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical specification clause 401

Providing and laying brick on end edging after removal of existing brick edging complete as per Technical specification clause 412.

Water Bound Macadam Sub-base/base(WBM Grading -II)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming, stone screening type-A/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Water Bound Macadam Sub-base/base(WBM Grading -III)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-B to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Primer Coat over Granular Base(with emulsionSS-1 Bulk)

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam ( with VG-10 bitumen)

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 @ 4.25 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.50 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects

Supply & Installation of wire rope (cable) barrier in conformation with section 4 of Annerure II of IRC: 119-2015, compliant with test acceptancecriteria of EN1317-2 for containment levels N2, H1 containment levels respectively. The Barrier consists of three galvanized steel wire ropes, 19mm dia each, pre-formed and pre-stretched, 3x7 configuration, wire strength 1370N/mm2, rope breaking strength 17 Ton. All cables running parllel inside steel post at heights atapprox 490mm, 600mm and 710mm from the ground using spacers. Steel post 1200mm long, lipped C section 100mmx50mmx16mm, 4mm thick formed formed from HRC S235JR or equivalent IS standard, hot dip galvanized to average thickness of 75 micron. Posts provided at 3 c/c with M30 concrete foundations 260mm dia and 610mm depth. Each post provided with an SS strap between bottam two cables,two plastics spacers,plastic post cap,sleeve cover and prismatic grade yellow reflective sheet on post cap on post.Each rope hydraulically cold swaged with least one turnbuckles for adjusting tension as per ambient temp at the time of installation and fittings at each end for anchoring in ground anchors cast inside M30 concrete foundations 1.5mx1mx1m on each end.

Road stud 100 x 100 mm

Providing and fixing of road stud 100 x 100 mm die cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling holes 30 mm upto a depth of 600 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS:873 (Part 4) 1973.

Delinators (Roadway Indicators)

Providing and fixing of Standard Metal Delinator as per IRC 79:2019 consisting of retroreflective area in white using full cube corner micro prismatic non-metalic retro reflective sheeting on each side confirming with IRC 67:2012 and meeting the coefficient of retro reflection value a per ASTM D 4956 Type XI table specificaion. The Delinator shall be painted with only black color powder coat of minimum 40 microns thickness, on top of which retro reflective sheeting only in white color shall be pasted on both sides. The structure shall have height not less than 800 mm above the ground, width not less than 100 mm and shall extend not more than 300 mm below the ground while being installed. The delinator shall have grooves across the length to make the reflective sheets vandalproof. The Delinator is meant for application on gaps in median, Traffic islands,Dangerous bends, Roundabouts, nerrow bridges etc. or as desired by sit engineer.

Rumble strips

Providing and making rumble strips 15-20mm high at centre, 250mm wide placed at 1m centre to centre over freshly laid bituminous layer by using close graded premix surfacing material type B at approved locations to control speed and marked with 100mm wide white strips of thermoplastic road marking paint. The close graded premix surfacing material type B shall conform to technical clause 512 and thermoplastic road marking paint shall conform to technical clause 803 of MORT&H specifications
