Demolition of existing PCC including worn out roof treatment of any position and in any situation including removing debris from the premises exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster including worn out roof treatment on brick or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, including removing debris from the premises exceeding 50 mtr etc to receive new plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 Kgs/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) on roof surfaces t maintain slope and bring uniform surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on concrete surfaces mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement finished the surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.63 mm galvanized corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws, in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275 gsm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for one coat of applied bituminous primer over cleaned surface @ 0.30 Ltr per sqm and over one coat of polymeric modified bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/ Sqm over bituminous primer then followed by APP modified five layer polymeric membrane 3 mm thick minimum weight 3.6 Kg per Sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighting not less than 150 gm per sqm) laid as per the manufacturer's instruction with side over lap of 75 mm and end over lap of 100 mm and applying one coat of polymeric modified bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases pinning in where required to ends or edges of landings cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, parapet walls, concealed tubing or water proofing membrane etc making good to facings where required in CM(1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) type B1 cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (Using 12.5 mm graded agg) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges chajjas complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (and lowering if required) for cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position including cleaning, of capacity 500 ltrs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint, camouflage pattern over a coat of red oxide primer including scrapping down of fungus of old steel surfaces of any description and in any position/over any height 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described as in roof sheets complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint, camouflage pattern over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description and in any position/over any height 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described as in roof sheets complete all as specified and as directed.
