Supply of 5 KV grade, multi stranded tinned copper conductor, XLPE insulated, Polyethylene sheathed, single core and with inner and outer semi conductor, underground cable for airfield lighting generally as specified in particular specification of the following sizes as required. (If the manufacturer does not have NABL accredited Laboratory, samples from site shall be collected jointly by AAI and the agency and it will be sent to NABL accredited Laboratories / Govt. Laboratories / IITS/IISc/ IISER/ Colleges/ Universities for acceptance Testing as per IS. The contractor will do all the Liasoning, transportation etc. and pay the testing charges. Nothing extra will be paid by AAI.If it is found that the cable supplied is not as per the requirement of IS, the supply will be rejected or recovery shall be made from the bill or any due pending with AAI from any airports) a) 6 sq mm

Supply of elevated type, omnidirectional Medium Intensity LED Taxiway Edge / Turning pad/ Isolation bay Light Fitting suitable for use with 15W OR 45W, 6.6A isolatting transformers complete with lens clamping mechanism, central column assembly, breakable coupling, gaskets, two pin secondary lead plugs, base plate with six numbers stainless steel bolts, spring and plain washers ,including LED, Driver, omni directional blue lens and other accessories confirming to CAR ( DGCA / ICAO requirement etc. complete as required.

Supply of 5 KV grade 50 Hz, series type isolating transformers, encapsulated in polyester resin, finally moulded with neoprene type rubber with primary and secondary connections as per IS and Technical Specification etc. complete as required. A) 15 W 6.6A/6.6A

Supply of 2C x 4 sq.mm. 600V grade flexible copper conductor , EPR insulated & CPE ( Chlorinated Polyethylen, cross - linked, heavy duty) outer sheath ( Black colour) secondary cable for Airport lighting circuits etc. complete as required.

Supply and making cable joint with 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type I class B connector, suitable for field attachment with 5 KV grade PVC/XLPE insulated PVC sheathed single core copper conductor cable of following size as required and confirming to the relevant IS specifications as required for following sizes. a) 6 sq. mm.

Supply and making cable joint with 600V grade secondary connector kit, suitable for field attachment with 600V, 2 core secondary cable to the fitting lead as required and confirming to the relevant IS specifications as required for following sizes. ( Length 0.3 mtr) a) 2X 4 sq. mm.

Design Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of FAA compliant, indoor type Microprocessor based Constant Current Regulator(CCR) suitable for remote as well as local control operations with 5 position brightness control (6.6A maximum current corresponding to 100% brightness) on input voltage 230/415 V, 50hz., AC supply, provision for control supply with switchgears, CCR protections, connection/ inter-connection etc.complete as required. 7.5 KW, 6.6A output current.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioing of C.I Isolating Transormer Housing Box, suitable for water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330mm height 450mm made of 10mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having two side holes diametrically opposite at the floor level to hold 50 mm dia HDPE pipe and more hole at an right angle to those side holes at the floor level to hold drain line of size 32 mm dia HDPE pipe . The box should have two SS Earth bolts of M10 x 30mm tapped inside and two holes at 75 mm from bottom to receive 6 SWG GI earth wire and having clear opening of 220mm at the top surface and 6 Nos. M10 tapped hold at the hole centre 260mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts as required as per the drawings. Installation is to be done with civil PCC work and the top should be 50 mm above the finish level with proper slope to the finish shoulder level at a distance of 1M. All necessary pipe cutting , fittings are also to be done with the installations etc. complete as required.

Installation, testing, commissioning of elevated type HIRL/MIRL/Isolation bay fittings on the existing transformer housing boxes including, installation of transformers, lens, filters, lamps and other accessories alignment, levelling and making secondary lead connections to transformer & fittings earth connections etc. complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required

Supplying of earth enhancing compound ( UL Listed) and CPRI tested etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/HDPE Pipe/ cable as required

Cutting bitumenous/cement concrete road/runway/taxway / apron etc. to a depth upto 1.0 m. and width upto 75 mm. and refilling the same and making good the same to the original finish along with mobile DG for power supply and water bowser etc. complete as required

Excavation of the trench in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width, and lift upto 1.5mtr, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50mtrs.

Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set isolating trnsformer housing box etc including form work etc as required.

Supplying and laying of 3Runs of 50 mm nominal dia OD, HDPE pipe (PE- 63, PN-6) as per IS - 4984 and IS marked with uptodate ammendment along with accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting, cuttings, jointing and laying the same by horizontal directional drilling ( micro tunnelling) method at one shot , minimum one meter below ground that is without cutting open trench etc. complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 2Runs of 50 mm nominal dia OD, HDPE pipe (PE- 63, PN-6) as per IS - 4984 and IS marked with uptodate ammendment along with accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting, cuttings, jointing and laying the same by horizontal directional drilling ( micro tunnelling) method at one shot minimum one meter below ground that is without cutting open trench etc. complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 50 mm nominal dia OD, HDPE pipe (PE- 63, PN-6) as per IS - 4984 and IS marked with uptodate ammendment along with accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting, cuttings, jointing and laying the same by horizontal directional drilling ( micro tunnelling) method minimum one meter below ground that is without cutting open trench etc. complete as required.

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 5 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe as required upto 35 sq.mm

Providing of one no vehicle ( Bolero/Scorpio/Sumo with AC not more than two years old) along with driver, POL for monthly run upto 1800 KM i.e all expense paid for 10 hours a day any time as per site work requirement.

Supply of C.I dummy plate, suitable for water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330mm, made of 15mm thick cast iron suitable for blanking of top of CI transformer housing box as offered in the previous item including holes and nuts and bolts and gaskets etc. complete as required.

Laying of 1C x 50 sqmm copper cable & GI tray and all cable terminations with copper lugs & glands inside CCR room ( e.g. From incomer panel to two number UPSs , from UPSs to UPSs and from two number UPSs to Out going panel), sign writing etc. complete as required. ( Cable tray will be provided by AAI)

Supply and Fixing of nominal 2.5 mm (Width 1 Mtr) thick PVC synthetic, electric insulated mats conforming to IS 15652-2006 along with suitable adhensive/chemibond, i/c providing water proofing of floor, (chipping of floor if required) sealing of all joints etc., as reqd.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.

Brick work with bricks of class designation 60 in foundation and plinth in 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Cement plaster 12mm thick of mixture 1:6
