Repair/ replacment to various boiling pans in Central Kitchen at SKIMS Soura by way of providing and fitting of steam operated boiling pans of following technical Specifications SS Bulk cooker, capacity 200 liters. Steam operated titling type which spring loaded lid mounted on heavy duty SS pipe stand. The pan shall be made from 3 mm thick sheet and jacket in 2.5 mm thick sheet and lid in 1.5 mm thick sheet of Fe 304 quality, fitted with heavy worm and gear for tilting. Side paneling with 1 mm thick sheet, 1 no. outlet of SS ball valve 1.5 inch and 1 no. water faucet for water intake. The cooker shall be complete with pressure gauge, safety valve, steam trap and drainage valve, etc. The pan is to be hydraulic tested at 50 psi and working pressure of 20/ 25 psi.All shall be as per relevant IS code.

Making of drain length 17 feet, 6 inch depth and 2.5 feet width by way of cutting tiles and digging to required size and to connect with the existing drain. Finishing with clear cement at the bottom and side walls of the cut portion to make the drain leak proof from closed ends and ensuring further gradient for hassle-free drainage. The job includes masonry work, cement work, shuttering, cutting and other tools and tackles required at the site.

Providing/ fixing/ welding of steel grating to the newly constructed drain, the job includes covering of the drain with steel grating fabricating out of ISA 25x25x3 mm and MS Flat strips of 25mm width and 3 mm thick in short panels of 2 feet length, which shall be easily removable. Cost on account of all tools and tackles required is included in the job.

Providing, welding, Chamfering and fitting of M.S C class pipe conforming to IS-1239 of 25 mm dia with allied jobs. The job includes cutting, welding, finishing, cleaning, providing of gaskets, nuts, bolts, cleaning of sites excavation, back filling, dumping of waste earth/ material as per the directions of engineer in charge, etc.

Providing and fitting of Bronze, globe steam stop valves, bronze IBR clause 282 (a) IV Grb, Max. BOP 250 Psig. (17.58 Kg/cm²) at 435® F (225®C) of 25mm dia. The job includes cleaning of ends, cutting, welding, threading, finishing etc.

Providing and laying of 25mm dia G.1 pipe class B as per IS-1239 Part I with allied jobs.

Providing, welding and fitting of 25mm dia M.S Silp-on weldable flanges of suitable thickness of reputed make including nuts, bolts, gaskets and other jobs as per requirement at site of work Conforming to IS 6392 relevant table
