M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling,mass concrete etc complete all as specified.

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in flooring and thelike finished even and smooth in floors without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old cement / lime plaster on brick or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joint, hacking for key screbbing down with water etc and remove rubbish from site of work.complete all as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished fair & even without using extra cement complete al as specified.

M& L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer of same make on walls complete all as specified.

Demolition of old brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc and segregation serviceable bricks keep them stacking for re-use. Complete all as directed.

Dismantling of timber scantling (Unframed Work) 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position as in framed work complete all as specified and as directed.

Zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick (total coated thickness) of any colour having tensile strength 550 M pa minimum yield strength as in roof covering fixed using hot dip galvanized self drilling and self tapping screws neoprene and EPDM washers. (Note : minimum, yield strength 550 Mpa with hot dip alloy of 55% Aluminium, 43.5 %zinc, 1.5% Silicon and finished with resin coat on both surfaces)

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel/iron surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth.complete all as specified.
