Supplying of Groceries to the Hostels of University of Mysore, Mysuru under rate contract for the period of one year on monthly requirement basis.

The bidder should have executed at least one similar supply (Groceries) contract of value not less than 80% of the amount put tender (i.e. 80% of Rs. 7,72,00,000/- in any one of the last three financial years i.e., 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 to government Organization/ Govt. Aided Institution

The bidder should submit at least Five satisfactory Certificates for supplies to the government Organization/ Govt. Aided Institution for having supplied not less than Rs.1 crore of similar Groceries individual supply contract Certified by competent Gazette officer along with purchase order. In any of the last three financial years i.e., 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26. The Bidder in this regard shall furnish duly certified Work Order along with the Experience Certificate. The Bidder shall upload, along with its bid, copies of work orders and corresponding satisfactory completion/ performance certificates issued by the concerned authority in respect of similar contracts executed for any Government Department, Semi-Government Organisation, Government Autonomous Body, Statutory Authority, Public Sector Undertaking, or other Government- controlled entity. The satisfactory completion/ performance certificate shall specifically relate to the work order submitted and shall evidence that the contract was executed satisfactorily in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof. Mere submission of a work order without the corresponding satisfactory completion/ performance certificate shall not be considered sufficient for the purpose of meeting this eligibility requirement. Further, the work order relied upon by the Bidder for establishing eligibility must have been awarded through a transparent tendering process conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Karnataka Transparency in Public Procurements Act, 1999, and the rules made there under, or through an equivalent public procurement framework applicable to the concerned Government, Semi-Government, or Government Autonomous Body. The Bidder shall furnish such documentary evidence as may be required by the Tender Inviting Authority to substantiate compliance with this requirement.

Bidder shall be a company, firm, and individual proprietorship, Non-governmental Organization who are registered under law under any Government competent authority shall furnish the copy.

Bidder has to upload Photocopy of valid ISO certificate for supply of Groceries.

Bidder should submit the valid packaging license issued by the Weight and Measurement department (license must Renewal for 2026-27.)

Bidder should submit valid F.S.S.A.I (Food Safety and Standards Authority India) license issued by the competent authority under FSS Act- 2006 (License must be Renewal for 2026-27)

The Bidder should have Godown own/ rented building in Mysore. Rented/ Leased godown (should upload valid rental/lease agreement, Title deed in the name of owner and recent tax paid receipt) For own godown (Title deed in the name of bidder and recent tax paid receipt from concern authority.)Such godown shall be registered either under the GST or under the Professional tax authorities. The Bidder should have paid necessary taxes for the godown in this regard.

Tenderer should submit the Self Declaration stating that the firm is not blacklisted and there is no legal cases against the Agency by Government and other institutions also the Tenderer is a Non-elected member in any of the local bodies/ Government/ Semi-Government/ Organizations/ Institutions and to swear on that he will not Supply Refurbished items, in Rs.500/- Non-Judicial e-stamp Paper.

The bidder in his name should have achieved average financial turnover of value not less than 2 times the amount put to Tender i.e., Rs.2 x 7,72,00,000/- in the previous 3 financial years should furnish the copies of turnover. Copies of Turnover Certificate by Chartered Accountant shall be uploaded.

The bidder shall upload the acknowledgements of the Income Tax Returns (ITRs) filed for the last three (3) Financial Years, along with the corresponding Audit Reports in Form 3CB and Form 3CD, wherever applicable under the provisions of the Income-tax Act, 1961. Failure to furnish the required documents or submission of incomplete or incorrect documents shall render the bid liable for rejection.

The bidder shall upload along with the bid valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificate, GST Registration Certificate, and a No Dues Certificate issued by the Commercial Taxes Department, all of which shall be Valid and subsisting as on March 2026. Failure to furnish any of the aforesaid documents or submission of invalid, expired, or incomplete documents shall render the bid liable for rejection.

Solvency Certificate should be issued by Nationalized, Scheduled bank for the amount of 10% of tender amount.

The Bidder has to furnish the details of the established Head Office including telephone Number, E-mail address, fax number and the mobile numbers of the person who is authorized to contact should upload the copy.
