| 1.01 | Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of suitably designed Cooling Coil with Electronic Expansion Kit for Air Handling Unit (AHU) compatable/suitable for DX (Direct Expansion) system application, having a total air handling capacity of 35,000 CFM and cooling capacity of approximately 88 TR. The cooling coil shall be fabricated using seamless copper tubes with high-efficiency aluminium fins, mechanically bonded for optimum heat transfer, complete with heavy-duty GI/Aluminium casing, drain tray with proper slope, and necessary supports. The coil shall be factory tested for leakage and pressure as per relevant standards. The Electronic Expansion Kit shall include electronic expansion valve, controller, sensors, and necessary control wiring to ensure precise refrigerant flow control and efficient system performance. The entire assembly shall be suitable for retrofitting/modification in the existing AHU system (currently 35,000 CFM), ensuring compatibility with the proposed DX condensing unit, including necessary modifications in casing, supports, airflow distribution, and sealing arrangements. The scope shall also include all interconnecting refrigerant piping, insulation, cabling, controls integration, testing, balancing, and commissioning to achieve desired performance parameters such as temperature, airflow, and efficiency, complete in all respects as per specifications and site conditions. | 1.02 | Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory assembled DX (Direct Expansion) air-cooled condensing outdoor unit of nominal capacity 11.0 TR, suitable for operation with compatible AHU/FCU cooling coil. The unit shall be complete with high-efficiency hermetically sealed scroll/rotary compressor, air-cooled condenser coil with inner grooved copper tubes and aluminium fins, statically and dynamically balanced axial flow fans with suitable motors, and microprocessor-based control panel for efficient system operation and protection. The unit shall be mounted on a robust powder-coated/galvanized steel base frame suitable for outdoor installation, with vibration isolation pads. The system shall use eco-friendly refrigerant (R-410A / R-407C or equivalent) and include all standard safety and protection features such as high/low pressure cut-out, overload protection, phase failure protection, and temperature controls. The scope shall include refrigerant piping connections, electrical cabling, earthing, control wiring, and integration with the indoor AHU system, complete with insulation, supports, and necessary accessories. | 1.03 | Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory assembled ceiling suspended / floor mounted ductable air conditioning unit of nominal capacity 11.0 TR, suitable for operation on DX (Direct Expansion) system. | 1.08 | Supplying, laying, testing and commissioning of communication cable between Outdoor Unit (ODU) and Indoor Unit (IDU) of DX air conditioning system, comprising of multi-core copper conductor cable of suitable size (as per manufacturer recommendation), with PVC/XLPE insulation and FRLS (Fire Retardant Low Smoke) outer sheath, suitable for reliable data and signal transmission. The cable shall be shielded (twisted pair with overall shielding) to prevent electromagnetic interference and ensure stable communication between units. | 1.09 | Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory-built Electrical Control Panel for 11 TR DX type Outdoor Units (ODUs), suitable for controlling and protecting 6 Nos. of ODU units, fabricated as per manufacturer approved drawings. The panel shall be made of CRCA sheet steel, dust and vermin proof, floor/wall mounted, with powder-coated finish and suitable IP protection class for indoor/outdoor application. The panel shall be complete with all necessary components including incomer MCCB/MCB of suitable rating, individual outgoing MCBs for each ODU, heavy-duty contactors, thermal overload relays, control relays, timers, and microprocessor-based control logic as required. The system shall include temperature control provisions including sub-zero temperature cut-out/thermostat, safety interlocks, phase failure and phase sequence protection, under/over voltage protection, and short circuit protection. The panel shall be provided with proper bus bars, wiring with FRLS copper cables, terminal blocks, ferruling, and identification tags. Indications such as power ON, unit ON/OFF, fault status, and selector switches shall be provided on the panel front. The scope shall also include all interconnections, earthing, testing, and commissioning to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all ODUs, complete in all respects as per approved drawings, specifications, and site requirements.
