Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade over a prepared base course complete including finishing, curing all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding for road restoration under sewer line and manhole work using RMC (ready mix concrete plant) and Transit mixer including allowances for any additional road restoration beyond the drawings (measurement for payment to be as per standard drawings) to complete the task. including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e.125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar. Construction of brick masonry cylindrical road side inspection chamber of 450mm dia (internal) with 230mm thick wall of brick masonry (75 class designation brick) in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), wall 230mm thick, filling of Jhiri, 20mm thick inside and outside plastering with CM (1:3), inside plaster finished with neat coat of cement, with 100 mm thick PCC M10 in foundation, 75mm thick PCC M15 flooring, precast SFRC/RCC circular 450mm dia MD manhole frame and cover embedded in 200mm thick PCC M20 grade concrete, including providing and fixing 2 Nos 110mm OD, 0.5m long uPVC pipe pieces of stiffness class SN 8 as per IS 15328 and plugging the same etc complete as per approved drawing and/or directed by Engineer. Providing and making connection to the manhole/ road side chamber/ property chamber by cutting hole in wall, making good the same with brick work/ stone masonry work in cement mortar 1:4, plaster in cement mortar 1:3, encasement of pipe at manhole with 75mm thick M15 grade concrete etc complete as directed by Engineer.

Providing at site, lowering & laying in trenches, aligning & jointing of PVC-U pipes (SN 8) as per IS 15328 (amended up to date) and as per specifications with rubber rings with socket and spigot joint, (EPDM/SBR) for all depths for pipe length as per drawing and specification including hydraulic field testing (including the cost and conveyance of water to site for testing) and commissioning etc complete as directed by Engineer.
