Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of trolley mounted 25 KVA Silent DG Set with CPCB approved acoustic enclosure conforming to latest environment protection regulations for emission and noise levels etc. as per CPCB norms-IV complete with Diesel Engine of minimum 32 BHP at 1500 RPM, radiator cooled, four stroke, electric start, turbo-charged & after cooled conforming to IS/BS with all standard accessories, coupled with Alternator of 25 KVA rating, brushless, self-excited, self-regulated and suitable for continuous operation, generating 415V+/-5% Volts at 0.8 PF (lag) 50 HZ, 3 phase, 4 wire system along with standard Genset control panel made from CRCA sheet, powder coated with standard engine instrumentation, measuring & display devices, safety devices, START/STOP controls etc. Both Engine and Alternator shall be mounted on common channel iron base frame, with required fuel pipe line, anti-vibration mounting, residential type silencer along with required exhaust piping, insulation & cladding etc., electric starter, 12/24 v batteries & battery charger, battery leads, min. Fuel Tank minimum 8 hrs. at full load capacity shall be supplied and to be mounted inside the canopy with fuel piping, vales, bends/elbow, fuel level indicator, tool kit, other standard accessories including installation, testing commissioning of the above said KVA silent DG Set(with canopy over a suitable size four wheel based trolley made from MS angle/channel etc. as per the OEM’s recommendations complete. Trolley shall be fitted as per OEM’s recommendations with four solid rubber tyres & it shall be provided with suitable locking arrangement & hook/ bar for toeing with any vehicle etc. complete as required.(As per AAI’s tender specification, terms & condition)
