Drilling of 150 mm Dia. Vertical clear bores in hard rock in anywhere in Namakkal district to any required depth as directed by the officers concerned including labour charges for inserting MS / PVC casing pipes to any required depth, assembling in the drilled hole including welding jointing if necessary, grouting the casing pipes including conducting proper yield test at final depth (by providing 90 0 V notch fitted in a formed channel and the correct yield at the time of free flow in the channel and the correct yield at the time of completion of drilling process should be ascertained of and reported ) and providing cap including transportion, crew and fuel charges for rigs and supporting vehicles from one place to another etc., complete. - Upto 150m Below GL

Supply and delivery of unplasticised ribbed screen PVC casing pipe of the 140mm dia in 3m length with screwed and socket end and centering guide for every 15m length of pipes as per IS / 12818 / 92 and as amended from time to time to suit the borewell upto 80m depth (C.S) with ISI marking including, loading, unloading , freight, stacking and transit insurance charges etc, complete.

Labour Charges for inserting PVC Casing pipes assembly (with slots or without slots) in the drilled hole including jointing the pipes with PVC Couplers with Cement paste etc., complete, supply and packing the annular space with pebbles of size and quality as approved by the Departmental Engineers

Supply and delivery of clear water vertical wet type submersible pump conforming to IS 8034/2002 and as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging noted LPM against head of water column due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze or Cast SS impeller, brass screws and CI FG 200 grade pump bowl/diffuser with ISI mark. The pump shall be directly coupled to a continuos rated two pole suitable wet type vertical squirrel cage induction motor suitable for operation in AC single phase 230 V+/- 10 %,50 HZ +/-5 % - 2.00 HP SINGLE PHASE SUBMERSIBLE PUMPSET AS PER IS 8034/2002 WITHOUT PANEL BOARD (15 lpm x 150 Mtr.
