(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Painting two coats of plastic interior Emulsion over one coat of primer over the existing plastered surface by cleaning and scrapping the old wall. The rate includes the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, scaffolding etc., complete. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Providing Modular kitchen base unit arrangements of 0.60m with Shutter using termite / water proof plywood of 19mm thick over which mica sheet of 0.80mm thick fixed inside the shutter and 1mm thick fixed in the outside of the shutter including cost and fixing of pull out baskets as per the requirement, all furniture fittings, soft close hinges, handles, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
