DEVELOPMENT OF TILE BRICKS PATHWAY AND PARKING AREA AT THE MOUND KNOWN AS ULTA KHERA AND THE MOUND OF RAGHUNATHJI FOR THE EASY ACCESS OF VISITORS

ITEMS TO BE EXECUTED

Earth work in excavation by manual means Very Carefully and without damaging Underneath Structure (if any ) in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level), including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material. Beyond 120 cm girth upto and including 240 cm girth.

Provision for 10 cm cutting the undulated area and filling depression and low laying area also including removal of loose broken brick and levelling dressing ramming complete. [M2]

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zoneIII) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Provision for laying Tile brick on edge flooring with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm cement mortar, including filling the joints with same mortar, with common burnt clay non modular bricks: 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Pointing the Tile brick pathway and tile brick wall in lime surkhi mortar with racking, cleaning and washing the points in 1:1:1(1 lime : 1 surkhi : 1 C sand) with adhessive materials like Gur, Belgeri, Gum and San including carriage of water and materials .

Tile brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) tile bricks of class designation 10 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing and fixing of MS grill panel 1.80 m length and 1.80 m height having MS angle Iron frame size ( 50mmx50mmx6mm) with 16 mm square bar 10 cm c/c spacing including all etc

Providing and fixing MS gate double panel of size (3.98X2.13m) with angle iron frame 50x50x6mm with MS 20mm sq bar piercing through holes @10cm c/c with MS flat 50x6mm and pointed at the top including hanging and locking arrangement all complete including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position with all necessary bolts etc.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.
