Heat Exchanger Tube Testing : To carryout tube testing and provide result in appropriate format. It must includes competent crew, equipment, calibration tube and all required consumables charges per shift. Crew shall carryout the test and shall be able interpret and give results immediately after test and shall submit the report in appropriate format with in that shift. One Shift comprise of 12 Hrs.

NFT/IRIS Inspection of Heat Exchanger Tubes

In-Situ Metallography Testing: To perform In-Situ Metallography in plant with replica technique on materials like carbon steel / alloy steel / stainless steel / corrosion resistant alloys (CRA's) etc. as per plant requirement, to check the condition of microstructure of materials and submitting reports. Crew shall carryout the test and shall be able interpret and give results immediately after test. And shall submit the report in appropriate format with in that shift. One Shift comprise of 12 Hrs.

PMI : To carryout PMI test inclusive of PMI machine, all consumables and competent manpower. Crew shall carryout the test and shall be able to interpret and give results immediately after test and shall submit report in appropriate format. One Shift comprise of 12 Hrs.

Videoscope : To carryout Videoscope test inclusive of Videoscope machine, all consumables and competent manpower. One Shift comprise of 12 Hrs. Videoscope machine have specification of Dia: 6.0 MM, Working Length : 7.5 Miters, illumination : High Intensity with LED on Lens.

Miscellaneous NDT Jobs: Unit charges of miscellaneous NDT jobs with NDT Level II technicians (min. 02 persons) and instrument per day basis. Miscellaneous NDT Jobs shall include - Dye Penetrant Test (DPT), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI- Wet/dry/WFMT), Hardness Testing including Metals & Rubber lined equipments, Spark testing of Rubber Lining / non metallic lining, UT Thickness Measurement (at normal and high temperature) of Equipments and Pipe Lines. Each technician must have minimum 3 years of experience after completion of Level-II certificate. One Shift comprise of 12 Hrs.

UFD of Weld Joint : Ultrasonic Flaw detection inclusive of Ultrasonic Flaw detection machine, all consumables and labor required to perform UT flaw detection. A written procedure to be submitted for review and approval. Technician shall be Level II in UFD. Crew shall carryout the test and shall be able interpret and give results immediately after test. And shall submit the report in appropriate format with in that shift. One Shift comprise of 12 Hrs.

PAUT / TOFD : To carryout advance UT (TOFD / PAUT) as per site requirement. Supply includes equipment along with suitable probes and crew of 02 persons having valid ASNT NDT Level-II Certificate. A written procedure to be submitted for review and approval. Crew shall carryout the test and shall be able interpret and give results immediately after test. And shall submit the report in appropriate format with in that shift. One Shift comprise of 12 Hrs.

Thermography : To carryout Infrared Thermography as per plant requirement. Charges are inclusive of resources, consumables and competent manpower. Crew shall carryout the test and shall be able interpret and give results immediately after test in appropriate format. One Shift comprise of 12 Hrs.

Fabrication and supply of Calibration Tube: Fabrication and supply of ECT/RFET/NFT Calibration Tubes for heat heat exchanger testing. Calibration tube should be fabricated as per ASME Section V latest edition. A written procedure to be submitted for review.Tube will be provided by HURL as free supply item. Bidder should collect the tubes from HURL Barauni and supply the fabricated calibration tube at HURL Barauni. Prior approval of drawing shall be taken from HURL.

Manpower Supply : Supply of NDT Level-II technician on Call basis as per plant requirement.

ASNT NDT Level - II in RT, UT, DPT and MPI, Infra Red Thermography. Each technician must have valid ASNT NDT Level-II certificate in all stated methods. Each technician must have minimum 3 years of experience after completion of Level-II certificate. Working Hours in one Man-day (MDY) will be 8 hours.

Consumable Supply for DPT and UT : Supply of Red Dye Penetrant Testing Consumables (Penetrant, Developer and Cleaner of Magnaflux - Spot Check in Aerosol Spray Cans - 420 ML) and UT couplant (Magnaflux Pyrogel 100) as per site requirement. All items to be supplied at HURL Barauni site without any damage. Each item must have expiry date more than 12 months on the date of supply.

Charges for mob/demob of ECT / RFET / IRIS resources (mentioned in line item 1). Mob/demob charges are applicable only once for both mobilization & demobilization of Manpower and Machinery for each trip.

Charges for mob/demob of NDT Level-II Manpower (mentioned in line item 10). Mob/demob charges are applicable only once for both mobilization & demobilization of Manpower for each trip.
