Supply and Providing (Supply and Fixing) & Commissioning Of Nitrogen Injection Fire Extinguishing System for Existing 20MVA Power Transformers at various 66/11kV Stations of Operations Division of Hootagalli Chamarajanagara & Mandya coming under Transmission (Operations) Zone Mysuru.

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

List of Financial Resources with Certificates

The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent.

The Tenderer shall be individual Proprietorship firm or partnership firm or Company Registered under Companies Act 1956/2013.Note: The bidder shall upload the Power of Attorney in case of partnership of firm/ Company in the prescribed format of Rs.500/- Stamp duty paper and the Registration certificate issued by the concerned department.

Consent & Authorization Letter from OEM for technical support to be provided for execution of the work

The Tenderer/Bidder shall possess valid Super Grade Electrical Contractors License issued by the Government of Karnataka as on the date of Bid Submission and shall upload the same along with other Bidding documents failing which the offer will be rejected

The Tenderer shall provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the last five years with KPTCL. A history of awards involving litigations against the bidder or any party or JV/Consortium partner may result in rejection of bid. If Litigation arises out of the contract, it shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Mysuru District.

Bidder or OEM Should have carried out erection of all connected equipments of (01) One Transformer Bay of 20MVA Capacity of 66KV class or above voltage class. The bidder shall produce the document towards arrangement for technical knowhow and commissioning of NIFPS system from OEM or OEM should execute the work under the supervision of the bidder. (Or) Bidder or OEM Should have carried out erection of all connected equipments of 02(Two) Transformer Bays of 12.5MVA Capacity of 66KV class or above voltage class. The bidder shall produce the document towards arrangement for technical knowhow and commissioning of NIFPS system from OEM. Note applicable to above: The documentary proof for erection work of fulfilling the qualifying requirements in support of 7.2(b) shall be uploaded along with the bid. The Tenderer shall upload the P.O, LOI/LOA, DWA along with Work done Certificates, Performance Certificates issued by the end users not below the rank of Executive/Divisional Engineer along with the bid.

Self-declarations of Bidder in respect of Litigation, dis-qualification due to non-performance, Risk & cost clause and Restriction on border sharing as specified in Annexure- XVI & Annexure-XVII as per Clause No.2.4 of ITT

The source of supply of equipment/ materials for bought out goods, covered under the scope of the Contractor, shall be only from approved Vendor of KPTCL. Any Bidder from a country which shares a land with India will be eligible to bid in this tender only if the bidder is registered with the Competent Authority as per the provision of Government Order No. FD455 EXP-12 2020 Bengaluru dated 01.04.2023. Such bidder/Vendor shall meet the eligibility clauses specified in Annexure-XVI & Annexure- XVII of the tender document under the heading Model Clause/ Certificate/Undertaking. A certificate/self declaration/undertaking for having read the clauses specified in Annexure- XVI & Annexure- XVII are to be uploaded by the bidder in the prescribed format

To be qualified for Award, Bidders shall provide satisfactory evidence to the Owner of their capability and adequacy of resources to carry out the Contract effectively. And further submit valid type test reports of the tendered materials by the Original Equipment Manufacturer.

A self-declaration is to be uploaded by the Tenderer stating that the information with regard to assessed available tender capacity (Works on Hand) furnished are correct.

The bidder should have valid GST registration with GSTIN number and PAN Card. Note: The successful Bidder who have GST registration in other States should have GST registration in the State of Karnataka mandatorily at the time of execution of the Contract Agreement.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last Five (05) years, (a) achieved in at least two financial years a Minimum financial turn over of Rs. 8098486.59 (usually not less than the estimated annual payments under this contract) in the last preceding five years i.e. FY 2020-2021 to FY 2024-2025.

Liquid Assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.24,29,545.97/- which is 30% of the requirement (Credit lines/ Letter of credit/ certificates from banks.,(usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 03 months in peak construction period) for meeting the fund requirement as per the annexure etc as on Jan-2026
